Do not waste your time or hard earned money on this property!!

The location was the only good thing.

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE THAT WE’VE HAD!!! THE ROOM WAS STINK, EXTRA HOT, DIRTY, & MOLDY IN THE BATHROOM!!! They don’t even issue clean towels you have to go to them to get it between 12 & 2!! So if you don’t make it during those times, you won’t get any!!

Awful but livable for short stays

I like the price and how nice room service is

I booked 2 rooms with 2 beds in each and got 2 one bed rooms, plus no microwave/ fridge access, and my rooms were really far from each other, as well as the room wasn’t fully neat and there wasn’t a real blanket on the bed only sheets , and the rooms have issues with the key cards sometimes they work sometimes they don’t

Last minute, convenient

The staff is VERY RUDE!!! He states that I only reserved 1 room, which it was 2 rooms. He double charged me for the extra room. After explaining that my brother is in a wheelchair, he gave me both rooms on the 2nd floor, no elevator.

False information the room didn't have microwave or fridge but it didn't have nether one the shower sounded like a truck running 😳 and it shook so bad we couldn't shower me or my son they wouldn't discount the room or change it too another one

When I arrived on site, the first thing I've noticed was on dogs allowed and seen lots of them and alot of traffic in and out of rooms slamming doors and shooting outside. Couldn't sleep. The room was unacceptable bcuz of stained carpet and in beds and had a odor inside along with bed bugs

The daytime clerk on my arrival did show me 4 different rooms to find the one I could settle for

No coffee maker, no blow dryer, toilet clogged had to plunge myself, no mini fridge no microwave, cobwebs, dirty towels

Most horrible experience of my life!!

Exterior door was bent. Mirror in bathroom was broken. Microwave has old dried food on it. Sheets were not washed. Floor was nasty. It was so horrible I was afraid to step back in the room.

EVERYTHING! Nothing will ever be worth staying there. It needs to be torn down. People were renting it by the hour!

Coulda been worse. I slept comfortably regardless.

The staff was super nice. They let me in a room early because I arrived early and check in wasn’t until 3. It wasn’t the room I expected but it was better than nothing I suppose. Super nice people though.

For the future maybe freshen up the rooms not had a moldy smell that stuck to all my luggage and clothes.

THE WORSE EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE.

the room had roaches. pregnant roaches to be exact on ceilings and walls. toilet leaked. the shower was horrible. not hot or even luke warm at all. the hotel receptionist had an attitude upon my arrival. then i was over charged. its was only me not two adults. and when I mentioned my encounter with the receptionist to the room maids , they agreed and said thats its a recurring issue with EVERY CUSTOMERS EXPERIENCE!!! i mean really. it was too late and i was exhausted for the day and also her reiterating that theres no refund. almost she was stating her reason for acting like that towards me. i wish i took photos the room.
