The breakfast
I prepaid for a suite on Bookings.com for my family but when I arrived at the hotel, the suite that I reserved was not available. The receptionist canceled my reservation and rebooked me and included a complimentary room for my daughter. Well, I received my credit card statement recently to find out that I was charged for the additional room that I didn’t book but was told it was a complementary room. I would like to see those charges reversed.

Location to medical appts
Toilets clogged. Has happened twice. They charge $20 for parking and then have a big sign that says park at your own risk- not responsible for vehicle. There was a table set up blocking the handicap ramp to dining inside.

Location cleanliness
Nothing

I love the living room area in the room. They looked like little apartments
The overnight staff and the breakfast staff was very rude
3.8
Convenient to hospital
Front desk person not friendly
Older property

The breakfast and happy hour was excellent
You have to pay for parking if you gave a room
3.8
I liked that it had an option with either one king bed or two queen beds. I liked having the extra living room and dining area. Breakfast was delicious and had tons of options!
There was a fight in the pool that the police were called and some people were arrested. Also, one of the rooms the bathroom faucet did not work.
3.8
Convienence to down town without having to stay down town. Love the outskirts location
No shuttle transportation or access to public transportation
3.8
Loved the breakfast.
The room was outdated, and needed to be renovated. Old furniture, carpet, and you can see where the ceiling in the shower had been plastered badly.
3.8
Location and availability
Outdated. I was in room 531 and it had the worst smell. Maybe from the pool I don’t know. But it was stale and gross. The sink didn’t drain properly.
The lower level looked relatively updated. The rooms were not.
3.8
The lobby was nice
The rooms are awful. They were so dirty and old. Our trim was freezing. The heat didn’t work, the toilet was broken, bathtub was so gross, bathtub/shower had mold and cracks in tub and mold everywhere. Stains and tears on bedding.
3.8
Room/bed was comfortable, clean. Breakfast was great!
3.8
The lobby area and staff was really nice I have zero complaints about staff and the lobby
The elevators would randomly stop working and you couldn’t get past the second floor unless you walk around to the other two sets of elevators and hope they work , the room had no heat turned on the heat to 90 got nothing but cold air I told them the maintenance guy came looked at it and left nothing was fixed the covers were dirty had stains and hair on them from the last guest it sucks because I love this hotel chain but this location needs upgrades or should take embassy suites name off it I will stay at the one closer to Arlington next time looks way nicer
3.8
Honestly the only good thing was the fresh free breakfast and the cleaning staff was nice
Roach on floors
Torn furniture
Broken TV & remote
Mildew smell
Broke shower
Lied free parking

The staff was incredibly helpful at breakfast the team was Richard team they did a WONDERFUL JOB!!! This the reason I’ll come back serious!
I had gotten a 2 two bedroom suite paid $562 for the room for one night in no one didn’t take they time to come fix the toilet we first used it in it didn’t flush in we did call in told them but no one fixed so we only had one bathroom we can used. But other than that I loved the room.
3.8
The room was big enough for our whole family and the staff was so helpful
3.8
The beds are small I thought they where queen and they where full
The AC stayed on 60 and never got cold
3.8
It's was nice friendly environment
The ac didn't work properly, the room was hot, and I was charged for parking
3.8
The breakfast and staff
Room cleanliness. No working laundry machines. Price. Undisclosed charges.
3.8
I enjoyed the convenience of the location. And how quiet it was at night.
The room was very dirty the sink was unwashed and had what looked like drunk vomit in it. One of the beds had brown stains in the sheets and hair. The carpet was very sticky and had lumps in it. I kept tripping.
Room keys wouldn't work on the east entrance. We would have to walk all the way around with our things. Quite annoying.
One of the exits leaving the facility was chained off for no apparent reason forcing all guests to use 1 very tight entrance and exit. I nearly got hit twice coming out of the facility. There was no reason to congest everyone into one exit entrance when there is a perfectly good one. The security kept parking there to block. Makes no sense.
3.8
The property has nice plants, good lighting. The property smells fresh and clean.
There was trash all around the parking lot. The air in the room was very loud and the room seemed damp.
3.8
Best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel!
That I was unaware that I would be getting charged for parking ! Front desk staff failed to mention that!
3.8
complimentary breakfast
only two of four elevators working during spring break week
3.8
Loved the breakfast!
The pool had apparently just had a chemical shock and my kids couldn't swim as it was burning all of our eyes so bad. We chose that hotel specifically for the indoor pool for the kids given the rain and cold weather at the time of the stay. Disappointed.
3.8
Breakfast might have been really good, if we had got there sooner.
There was only one line for omelets & the hot foods so we had to wait to get pancakes & bacon. While we were waiting they put up everything else including the butter. I only got one small pancake & intended to get oatmeal but they had removed it.
Two of the elevators weren't working. We had to get one of the TV's worked on. The room needed some updating . The little fridge was sitting on the floor making it hard to reach for one of our party who has back issues.
3.8
The breakfast and complimentary drinks👌🏿
The elevators were broken. And the hot tub was dirty. The outlets in the bathroom didn't work. The refrigerator didn't get cold at all.
3.8
Breakfast buffet was really good but that’s about it
Toilet was leaking
AC unit was about to tattle out of the ceiling
Rooms smelled musty
Something was “smeared” on the couch
Walls had debris on them… not sure what it was
Mold/discolored bathroom tile
