El hotel es bueno. Tranquilo y agradable. Está ubicado en una zona excelente. La habitacíon es amplia y muy cómoda, en especial las camas. La mayoría del personal no me pareció simpático, aunque se destacan algunas personas muy amables como Anita en el restaurante. El Wi-fi es PÉSIMO!!!!! No funciona casi nunca. Fui a la recepción a reportar el problema, me dijeron que lo iban a arreglar y nunca sucedió.

Nos parecieron super cómodas las camas! Un cuarto amplio y agradable. El desayuno bueno y variado. La ubicación es excelente. Barrio muy tranquilo, cerca de restaurantes y comercios. El parqueadero es gratis!

El wifi funciona pésimo. Todos los días fuimos al lobby a informar que la conexión no funcionaba, siempre daban una disculpa diferente, dijeron que lo iban a arreglar y eso nunca sucedió. No pudimos tener internet constante, y las pocas veces que funcionaba se caía mil veces la conexión. En general el personal del hotel nos pareció antipático. Algunas personas fueron amables, pero la cordialidad definitivamente no es una cualidad que caracteriza el hotel.

Perfect location with the staff to match!

Staff is just the best. We are an elderly couple. We drove from Clermont, FL to Aventura. We were exhausted. Sunita at the reception desk gave us our room with an incredible ample check in. And the Victor who was working the breakfast shift, prepared our waffles and all with a smile!!! So for sure we’ll be back.

Hóspede recorrente, já conheço bem os prós e contras do hotel.

Café da manhã sortido, amplo estacionamento gratuito, boa localização, cookies grátis, staff cordial, quarto de bom tamanho.

O lençol da cama é pequeno para o tamanho do colchão, deixando-o exposto o tempo todo e a manutenção dos quartos poderia ser melhor, pois apresenta evidentes sinais de desgaste.

1st night stay prior to Key West

Staff was extremely friendly and nice. Larken our check in gal was very sweet. Location was busy but felt safe. Bed was comfortable and room was clean

Ficaria novamente, mas a limpeza precisa melhorar

O hotel é bem localizado e, de carro, fica muito próximo da praia e de muitas lojas interessantes. O estacionamento é gratuito, coisa rara de se encontrar ultimamente. O quarto não é muito espaçoso, mas tem tudo o que é preciso: cama e travesseiros confortáveis, bom chuveiro, TV, internet, bom ar condicionado e microondas (essencial para quem vai com criança pequena). O café da manhã é bem completo para os padrões americanos e a funcionária nos atendeu com muita simpatia e cordialidade.

Não posso avaliar de uma forma completa porque fiquei somente uma diária, mas achei a limpeza bem deficiente, pois o carpete estava imundo, tanto que ficamos todos com os pés pretos de sujeira por andarmos descalços. E o quarto estava com um cheiro fortíssimo de produto de limpeza.

It was okay but we probably won't be back.

It was okay - the room was nicely decorated and it had free parking.

The elevator did not work and we had to walk up three flights with our luggage. There was a generator for electric cars outside our window that was extremely noisey, The pool was shaded most of the day.

Another Great Stay

Third time staying at this property. Friendly Staff. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Breakfast is a good perk, and was free of charge. Parking was also free. Just a few minutes from aventura mall and beaches.

Hampton Inns are always my go to because of the consistency in my stay. This location is an excellent hotel. Clean, comfortable, and safe. Great location.

decent place to stay before a cruise.

Stayed here just one night before a cruise. Service was friendly, check in was easy. Fresh cookies at front desk was a nice touch. Room was clean. Breakfast was decent. We were able to get late checkout. We didn’t use the pool. Heard there was no hot tub. Walked across the street to the shopping center/ race track for dinner. Not a ton of choices but we ate at the Yard House. There is a Target about 10 min walk and a Walmart about 1.5 miles away. We didn’t have a car, but was able to Uber there in the rain.

next door was an empty lot that was sketchy
