Great stay.

Very good price. Easy to find and a good location, only a 5 minute walk to the promenade. Friendly staff and the room had everything we needed. We would happily stay here again.

very pleasant would stay again

the room was clean and tidy but we think that some sound proofing would be a benefit we could hear people next room talking and even a man snoring .

The basin outside the bathroom. Decor and furnishings were a little outdated and worn-out.

Friendly welcome, great location, free parking

Was noisy at breakfast (due to room location) we were up anyway so didn't bother us.

All in all, a very clean and welcoming hotel. Will be back 100%

Perfect location for going into Skegness for the main attractions.

Parking on the property could be better however this didn't cause us any issues as we managed to get a space on the road outside the property.

average wouldn’t stay again but they didn’t mind the music so had a decent night

room was decently sized

bathroom was like a cubard hand prints on walls condom wrappers in the draw dirty toilet roll and mild in bathroom. very thin walls can hear everything

Lovely, great location, would come again.

Fantastic location, I hadn't really thought about it too much as I'm not local and forgetting I'd probably find it difficult to get about and it was great, we was able to pop back with bits and pieces throughout the day. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel was great and as you'd expect with facilities.

Personally the bed was too soft for me, but I am 7 months pregnant, but my partner liked the softness. It was also not at any fault if the hotel but the upstairs guests would come in late and then what sounded like rearranging the furniture and being loud for a good hour. But as said no fault of the hotel just wish other guests would be mindful that other people stay there.

Absolutely fantastic!!

Absolutely fantastic! Warm welcome, staff were polite and friendly, always on hand, great knowledge of area. Parking available on-site. Family room en-suite (11) was perfect, clean, comfortable, had everything you could need, lovely warm and cosy, great amount of space for toddler to play of a evening or morning especially as above dining room. Hotel was clean inside and outside, warm at entrance. Loved the leaflets for days out of surrounding area and extra necessities at reception eg. Toilet roll, coffee, milk etc. Hotel positioned perfectly but not too far to walk from the hustle and bustle of the strip and promenade. Beautiful quiet and comfy sleep. Great value for money and more. Highly recommend visiting 😊

Location is good.

Outdated room, mattresses are very poor. Cleanliness was very disappointing on arrival.

location fine parking ok this is a B and B not a hotel comfortable but expensive for what you get

location. best breakfast had in a while

no water pressure for shower walls paper thin heard next door arguments both nights and snoring. rooms freezing even with heating on

Lovely stay and would consider returning again

Staff very friendly Breakfast good value but would be better charge slightly more and include cereal In price

Additional cost for tea and coffee in the room We did not need additional but for the cost of this additional should be included in the room Also the need to order an evening meal 2 hours before put us off eating in the hotel Not enough parking for all residents

Walls were so thin could hear the noises people next door talking till 3 in the morning probly not the hotels fault but did not sleep good because of this
