Location. Convenient
Not worth the cost

We only stayed for 1 night but the location and everything else we wanted from our booking was very good...you could walk to places such as shopping malls and places to eat
I cannot comment on this because it would be based on looking for a reason to give you a fault...this hotel did what we wanted from it

Buen desayuno. Los cuatros son silenciosos y la cama y almohada son bastante cómodos. Si vas a estar en Woodlands, la ubicación es bastante buena.
La decoración de los cuatros y los pasillos es un poco vieja.

The employees are over the top friendly
They charged me $12 to park and never mentioned it until I saw my invoice

It was close to the pavilion.
The room smelled musty and we were 4 guests in a 2 guest room because booking stated the room would accommodate 4 guests.

Location
Morning staff refused my breakfast even though my recipt clearly said breakfast included. She was confrontational, but she also said she was afraid of getting in trouble by the manager. Thats terrible management for customer service! She made the guy behind me throw 2 plates of breakfast foods in the trash! Just terrible.

Great location to access the Marriott Waterway for a conference, as well as other areas for shopping and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Large room.
The hotel is beginning to look a little shabby and is probably slightly over priced. The top of my shower curtain was all ripped, and frayed; the room had a very musty smell to it; and the hotel generally could do with a bit of a refresh.

After bad experience down the road at another spot. This place was a joy. The rooms were clean, tidy, and entire room and staff were amazing. When getting back with our dinner we were upset to see that the food place did not give us any utensils or condiments. I asked lady at front counter if there was anything there, she went in the back and had some condiments she had from her lunch and gave them too us. Her generosity and ethics were above and beyond and i will stay there again next time I'm in The Woodlands.
Nothing, the whole experience was great from check in to check out.

I liked the location, the set up of the room, and even the mattresses were more comfortable than other Hilton’s I have stayed at.
They do not make the beds, take out the trash, bring clean linens, or replace used shampoos. By the third day of our stay I had to call the front desk and ask why. that’s when the woman said you have to ask.
it should be a no brainer that if someone is staying multiple days that we would need trash removed and fresh linens. why would I need to ask. Better yet, why would they not share this information at check in, that would have relieved the frustration.
the breakfast was not desirable, different prices on a dry erase board than on the menu, and the wait staff was not aware of anything. she sat behind the counter eating a bag of chips and watching tv on her phone with her back to the tables. my husband ordered a drink and never got it so he had to drink what ever had been sitting out.

We had out of town guests and wanted to show them the Waterway nightlife. Booking a room meant no one had to drive... it was a well located facility with food options within walking distance. We took an Uber (very inexpensive) to do some bar hopping. Had a great time! Slept well in the quiet room with comfortable beds. We will return...
The check-in time was not flexible. We had booked two rooms... hoped for one to be a reasonable check in so our visiting friends could change clothes for an afternoon wedding. I understand if no rooms are ready but it seems unimaginable that they all suddenly are ready at 3pm. The front desk was kind in offering to store our luggage but telling us about a fast food restaurant to change for wedding was a bit odd... other than that, the experience was amazing.

This hotel needs USB port in the rooms.

Location good and nice lobby.
There was not a a free breakfast. Charge was outrageous for a little breakfast stand in the lobby.
Absolutely NO hot water in two different rooms on two different floors. Felt badly for my family that stayed here.

They did not have my reservation and we had to find another hotel.

This is a great location, especially if you are attending a concert! You cam walk to the Pavillion from the hotel and there are so many good restaurant's nearby!

Very pricey but it was close to the Pavillion.
Very expensive.

Perfect location if you're there for a concert at the Cynthia Woods Amphitheater. Close walk and felt very safe in the upscale neighborhood. Also very close to some excellent places to eat and shop.
The only thing I felt could have been better was the water pressure in our room. The shower water pressure was disappointing.
10.0 / 10.0
Convenient location that was within walking distance to Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion.
There was nothing we didn't like about the hotel.
