The location was perfect - we were here for a concert and were able to walk their along the waterfront. I left some items in the closet and the staff were kind enough to call me and help me figure out how to send a UPS label so they could mail my items. They were very professional and helpful.

Room was clean and perfectly stocked with towels and kitchen necessities. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great and coffee was fresh!
I little pricy in comparison to other Residence Inns plus a parking fee but I get it because of the location. You are within walking distance to just about everything.

Besides the hotel property being very nice, including landscape, it’s located in a very nice area for shopping and dining.
Can’t think of anything I disliked.

The Residence Inn is a fantastic location for attending concerts at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion from out of town. We will definitely be staying in the future for other concerts. easy walking distance to the pavilion and restraurants.

The size of the unit was perfect.
The sofa in the unit was very uncomfortable to set on. The staff came in and made our beds, replaced the towels but did not run the vacuum.

The location and amenities.
The ice maker was off in the freezer so there wasn't any ice when we came in. However, someone at the front desk was very helpful and provided us with ice until our freezer could make some.

Great location, Clean, Friendly staff, Large comfortable room
A surprise fee when we were checking in. Our booking.com confirmation clearly said " The total we are responsible for plus taxes and fees were $571) but we were charged $12 per day for parking fee for another total of $40. We did not expect that since it is not mentioned anywhere on Booking.com. No big deal but it would be nice to know the real actual amount.

A short walk to the pavilion. Less than a mile. It was very convenient. The room was also clean. We were impressed by the fresh breakfast.
The showerhead water pressure was a complete joke. I have thick hair and found it hard to completely soak it and rinse it. It was a baseball cap weekend for me.

My suite was spacious, had spotless bathrooms and kitchen, and I love the fact that a friend and myself can each have a private bedroom and individual en-suite baths, while sharing the living room and kitchen. The hotel employees were friendly and helpful, and this location is a brief, pleasant walk to the Cynthia Woods Mitchell venue or phenomenal shopping. The entire Woodlands development is exceptional.
I prefer an outdoor pool to an indoor pool in the summer, but I’m sure that there could be advantages in the winter of an indoor pool.

AVOID THIS HOTEL. After booking a multi bedroom suite for myself and colleagues 5 months before arrival, on the day of checkin at 15:00 I get an email saying they are relocating me to another hotel for the same price with 2 double beds in one room… Let down big time and cost us a fortune the time we arranged other accommodation in the middle of a conference week in a limited hotel area. We were kicked out as they could get higher rates with short term bookings.

I'm sorry to say this but breakfast was always cold. They had a flame under the eggs and sausage but they were cold for 5 days that we stayed there. There is also no microwave in the food area. The eggs and sausage could have been heated. There were never any bisquits to go with it. For the amount of money paid we should have had a hot breakfast. Petty probably.
