Beware When Checking In - Confirm - Confirm - Confirm

The restaurant and housekeeping staff were great, friendly, and helpful. Good location for the purpose of my visit.

The front desk staff made several mistakes when checking in and checking out. Although my colleague and I had the same reservation, we were checked in for different lengths of time, charged different amounts, and the "included" breakfast was also handled differently.

It was nice, even with some hurtles.

The hotel was clean, well staffed. Bonus was flavored waters and snacks.

Room was not ready at guaranteed time. Stated house keeping was behind. We watched a hundred people check in and go to their rooms. We kept being told house keeping was behind. I went to the floor we were to be on and not a house keeping cart was on the floor anywhere. So, basically they lied to us. After complaining when we got the keys to our room over an hour after check-in time, the did comp us a meal in the restaurant and returned 50% of the room rental rate. So, I would have much rather been in my room relaxing, they did come through with some comp that at least reduced the pain. Thank you!

Nice but.....

Everything was great, no complaints.

The fact you have to pay for water when we paid almost 300.00 for a room, its ridiculous That's robbery. Water shouldn't be 5$-10$ a bottle. Shame on you Hilton.

Room and staff were exceptional. I would stay again.

The room was great as well as the entire staff.

Self Parking was $35. each nite. Valet was $40. Breakfast with tax and tip was $32 per person and it was only adequate. Price should have been about 30 - 40% less for what they served. Bacon was overcooked brittle and dry. Waiter was fantastic!

This location has a photo shoot aesthetic , from the pool area to then hallway very beautiful. And the food was great the service impeccable, the staff if they see a need they are helping hands down thanks to them

Breakfast

$533 night during Indy car and our room was not ready at check in , was delayed to 6:30pm and too top off had to argue and push staff to get any kind of comps. No credit to room rate and some points worth a few bucks. Then our room wasn’t cleaned one of two nights they had to clean. They offer breakfast in exchange. Very sad for the amount paid and considering hotel overcharged us and new hotel was booked they were not prepared.

race preferences is definitely a thing, you only get it your way if your white or wealthy

The rude front desk female. Straight out told me “it’s no my problem”. when I paid my room ahead of time to avoid any confusion or issues and once I check in to say they don’t the room available anymore. And the nerve to give me a cheaper room at my same rate. Ridiculous!

I was out to celebrate my birthday and relax. Your hotel made a great place for that.

Customer service was great. Jay checked me into my room and I asked for a bellman to help with my luggage and there was none available so he went and did it himself.he went above and beyond.

Elevators. One was broken when we arrived and the one broke down on a Saturday night with people in it. It made me and my friends I was with very uncomfortable riding your elevators. Also me made a ton of noise like it was about to break. Due to 2 elevators being out it took for ever to get on an elevator.

I may have to switch to Hyatt hotels.

It was close to the convention center, restaurants, the beach and a shopping mall.

Room key issues, rude behavior in the bar by staff and patrons, and the electrical outlets didn’t work.
