Overall we enjoyed our stay

Breakfast was great! Our room was up to par and very clean and big! Staff were very friendly and courteous.

Outside area could have been cleaned and picked up better dirty glasses and empty beer bottles sat on tables for two days before being taken care of, all three outdoor fire pits did not work as they were out of propane and we were told we could not use the grill outside as it “did not work” the grill was charcoal and did not appear to be anything wrong with it. Pool hours stated 9am but pool was not open at 9am on two of the days we were there. There was live music on Friday nights but it was hard to sit and relax in the grassy area as the sprinklers were running

Other than a nearby train track, the hotel was quiet and not very crowded.

There were train tracks very close to the hotel. I heard a train pretty loudly two times at night.

Wonderful experience all in all

Conveniently located. Offered a wonderful breakfast. The options were endless. The bar/grill was great for a late evening dinner

The staff was attentive. The wait staff in the bar was superb. The breakfast and the chefs that prepared special requests were awesome. The value of the hotel including the breakfast was incredible.

I couldn’t believe that you don’t service the rooms. Covid/hiring issues my as.., lame! You should be required on the search engines to disclose that you have no intention to clean the room. Make up the bed, change the towels, take out the trash….before I book your hotel. You have increased your rates over the last two years and cut the experience. I won’t book with you again. I expect service and I will pay more for it. You guys are taking advantage of the market. It’s really sad!

Fantastic stay, felt luxurious and had everything we could want.

Breakfast made to order was INCREDIBLE. Very cleanly, great facilities. Comfortable bed, clean, friendly staff, AMAZING outdoor pool, great access to New Circle Road, great central Lexington location. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Lexington next.

It would be nice if checkout later than 1pm would be possible. Additionally, the mini fridge was somehow a mini freezer so I had some issues with what I needed to keep refrigerated, not frozen (pumped breastmilk and carbonated soda cans).

Location, amenities, living room area.

Location of my room at the bar & window view of bushes, alarm in room going off at 6am and no way to turn it off, people were loud at the bar late, didn’t rest well at all.

Arrived at 3:10 pm to be told that our room was not ready and we could stay in a double room

the most expensive hotel room I have ever paid for. Our king suite was not ready at 3 pm for check in so we were given a double room but charged the same. I have stayed at hotels that were $100 a night that were just as clean and just as nice where we actually got what we paid for

Very nice but some items in the room should be replaced/upgraded.

Breakfast was great! The guys making the omelettes were very nice.

The water pressure for the shower was horrible. The chair to the desk was all ripped up. The mattresses were stiff and did not have much support.

Wasn’t expecting the evening concierge service. It was nice.

The smell. This is an older hotel and you could smell it. The odor of mildew was strong upon opening our room door.

This was a great hotel that was almost like staying home.

The suite was great. Lots of room that you want for a few nights stay. It was luxurious. It was close to relatives.

The door on the cabinet covering the fridge was unnecessary because the hinge was in need of repair. The toilet ran and ran because the guts needed adjusting.
