We loved the hotel and the restaurant and the staff.

Loved the decor and feel of the place.

It was a little too high tech. Too many QR codes to deal with, such as tv remote on phone, and room service and valet. I think we are just getting old. Really hip for a younger crowd.

Everything! I am an interior designer and I love boutique hotels. The decor was SO GOOD! And the workout room….YES! The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable! Our car was very accessible everyday for our needs. Well done Manchester!

Overall a great expereince!

This is a nice hotel inside and out! It felt safe, spacious, clean, and comfortable enough. The restaurant stayed open late and the gym was very nice, although I wish it stayed open past 9 PM. Overall very happy with our stay!

I just wish the gym would have stayed open past 9:00 PM.

I’ll be back.

My room was beautifully and comfortably designed. Extremely comfortable mattress and I think the sexiest 2-person shower I’ve seen in a long time. Loved the vibe of the lobby bar where I had dinner and cocktails. Also liked the car valet setup. Able to request and tip the valet through the app. Don’t need cash

Staff behind the bar was stressed and “in the weeds” that Saturday night and not making any effort to mask that reality. Not sure guests at the service end of the bar should be able to overhear the grievances on staff playing out.

Amazing vibes

The bar staff was fantastic! My husband and I came to the Manchester just for an overnight getaway. We usually like to go out for dinner and then come back to the hotel bar to relax. So the hotel bar and staff can really make or break our trip. We were hoping to see the rooftop bar but it was closed while we were there but the very personable & knowledgeable bartender made the lobby bar worth it. We're hoping to come back soon to check it out as well as the restaurant.

Paying valet parking that was literally feet from the entrance of the hotel lol

Without question, The Manchester FAR EXCEEDED any of my expectations and I cannot wait to return!

I have never written a review of a hotel in my life, but feel compelled to review The Manchester! It was BEYOND my wildest expectations---one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The amenities, the cleanliness, the staff, the attention to the smallest details! I I highly recommend and will be returning!

Horrible staff, snobby environment.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean.

The staff was horrendous. Not a single nice person and they were very snobby. The valet was incredibly rude as was the woman bartender. The room was nice, but we will never, ever be back here.

Very expensive but don't regret my stay.

The rooms very cozy and modern yet antique looking at the same time. The bathroom was very fancy and the TV was simple to use. The lounge was very nice and dimly lit.

I paid a lot of money to stay here and had to PAY for parking across the street. There was no microwave in the rooms to heat up my leftovers. The food and drink offered in the room was EXTREMELY over priced.

We can't wait to go back !!

The atmosphere and decor were so wonderful. I grew up in Kentucky and hadn't been back in a while and it made me feel right at home. The beds were soooo comfy and the staff at the bar made us feel like family. We stayed in the bunk bed room with my two younger kids. They felt so special!

The room, well the whole hotel really, was gorgeous. Super clean, fantastic interior design. Valets were so amazing.

I was told I only owed for my valet service but received an unexpected charge for $12 something. No idea what for.
