Чудове розташування, близько від зупинки автобуса в аеропорт, прекрасний персонал, привітний і завжди готові допомогти . Дуже чисто,це наш перший досвід в житлі такого типу і нам все сподобалось, ,є всі зручності для перебування,рушники,папір, постіль ,мило ,навіть жіноча гігієна. Тут підтримують Україну і спілкуються українською теж, дуже приємно. Рекомендуємо.

Great place, highly recommend!

property was clean and plenty of supplies were available to clean up after yourself with. there was a cupboard with free food in it. the owner was very helpful and accommodating. overall a great vibe to the place! great outside space and the bed was comfortable. the fellow travelers were friendly and I even caught a ride with one to Niagara Falls!

Charming, charactered mansion close to James St bars and restaurants

Very charactered house. Quiet neighbourhood. Super friendly and helpful staff. Well equipped facilities. Close to James St bars and restaurants.

The bed was very soft and we both sort of sunk towards the middle.

This is an amazingly cozy place to stay. You feel welcome and at home. The only "wrong thing" was that the kitchen wasn't completely finished renovation yet, but they apologized and it didn't affect a thing. The place was super clean and warm. The location to downtown is great and its a steal of a price. Plus they were very accommodating with our booking sice we had some changes to our stay and flight changes. 10/10.

The room we stayed in had a bit of a paint(?) smell to it. But it didn't give a headache or anything or leave a smell on your clothes. We booked this hotel because of the distance to the event venue only 10 minutes away. We however didn't feel safe walking to/from so we ended up taking an uber. Nothing against the hotel, its just a bit sketchy of a neighborhood.

Pring Guet house deserves an award from the City for what it does in the area of hospitality.

Everything! This place should get an alias as the Happy Place Guest House, It will take a very mean person to say otherwise as they have provided everything to make your stay nice and comfortable, what else would you ask for?

Nothing, the place Pring Hostel is flawless, home away from home, i believe that this place deserves more credit than it gets. As a genius member who is almost on level 3, take this from me, this property is as good as a 5 star hotel especially for the price.

One night stay at this historic Hamilton guesthouse was a positive experience.

-Historic Hamilton house built in 1855. -Easy access to airport. -Great price.

-Mix of private rooms and dorm rooms. Noisy at times. A challenge for light sleepers! -Street parking; only 2 parking spots at back of guesthouse.

Friendly owners, cute building, excellent location.

Tim and Tanya were very friendly and helpful. The library/ living room was beautiful. All inclusive messaging throughout: hate has no home here, pollinator friendly garden, environmentally conscious...etc. Art from local artists on the walls too. Cosy vibe and atmosphere.

Downstairs shower room had close to no pressure, but the main floor shower pressure was decent.

Clean bathroom and don’t need to wait for others to come out. Big comfy living room and plenty of books.

Washrooms and other rooms were pretty clean. There was free wifi and breakfast, and the staff was friendly.

It was too communal for my liking, and I could hear noises from the other guests during quiet hours.

Affordable slightly makeshift place with caring hosts, though rules for guests are needed

Owners are lovely people who clearly care about the guesthouse, part of which is also their home. The price can't be beat. There are small touches that make the stay nice -- like the tampons in the bathroom, and breakfast included. The owners were communicative, caring and flexible.

The photos of the four bedroom dorm for women didn't match what the room looked like, so the photos are out of date. The room was more cramped and full of stuff/furniture than the photos showed. The bedding was uncomfortable (scratchy, random and kind of old), but thankfully the owners/hosts said they would address this. There was also generally a very makeshift vibe to the downstairs area, where some (if not all) of the guest's rooms are. Strange and random flooring and doors that didn't quite the doorframe; homemade walls that felt a bit haphazard and makeshift. There are also no rules for guests, which is mostly fine if people have similar expectations of each other. But a guest in the 4-bedroom dorm refused to make calls in the common areas of the house when I wanted to take a nap, and the owner had to speak to her about this. Thankfully the guest finally listened, but setting out rules for guests would help to address expectation issues like this upfront.
