Very unhappy with the accommodations and will never return.

Location was good and staff friendly.

Furniture was very old and uncomfortable. Sofa and carpeting in living room had cigarette burns on them. Room was very dirty, we had to go out and buy cleaning supplies. Silverware and dish ware were dirty.

I like the size of the suite. The staff at the front desk were really nice.

It smelled like cat pee and the room was dirty, remotes had sticky stuff on them, hair in the bathroom, the chair had stains and the bedding felt gross.

Generally good facilities and breakfast but an unusable sofa bed.

The hotel itself is typical. Breakfast was good. Included fresh fruit (melon and berries in season) and Activia yogurt (which I appreciated and haven't had in other hotels).

We reserved a 1 bedroom suite and indicated we'd be 3 adults, yet only 2 sets of towels were provided. This was essily remedied. We needed the pull-out couch as a bed. The couch was sunken and the mattress was unbelievably poor. If you touched it, you could feel each spring poking through the thin covering. There was virtually no padding...maybe an eighth of an inch. We requested a replacement and were promised one. After half an hour, we went to the front desk to see when it would come. Since we needed to prepare for a wedding we agreed that they could take care of it while we were out. When we returned close to midnight, nothing had been done. Charles, the night desk clerk, did his best to remedy the situation and he did provide a replacement mattress from one of the empty rooms. At check out, it was explained that a mattress had been sent to the wrong room and compensation in the form of points toward a future stay was offered. We appreciate it. However, we did expect a better quality of accommodation from Hilton. If a sofa bed is provided, it needs to be of a quality that can be used reliably a bed!

The breakfast was pretty good as far as the food goes. The presentation and the variety was nicely displayed. Also the location was fine. I spoke to the manager Monika who was very pleasant and understanding in regards to the room. She even comped us some money back and apologized for I being not clean. There are mold issues specifically around the tub area. When we came in, we had a penis sticker stuck to the lamp in the living area, that we had to have replaced. It was very disturbing to say the least. Not a good impression as you walk through the door. Whoever stayed in the room prior had the alarm set at 6 AM, which woke us up out of a dead sleep. I never told the front desk which I probably should have . You should be looking at the alarms every time you clean the rooms, so it doesn’t happen to other people . The hotel bed was quite comfortable. I have a feeling they will be addressing the issues at hand after talking to the manager so I would possibly stay there again and give them a second chance to redeem themselves, because Hiltons are usually good hotels

Room could have been cleaner. Ther was hair on the floor of the bathroom Sofa and chair were extremely uncomfortable even for sitting on. I don't know how anyone could have slept on the sofa bed Bathroom was extremely small and poorly laid out

Just ok. Friendly staff was the highlight!

The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was nice.

The room was dirty. Large sticky spots on the floor, stains and sticky residue on the sofa and throw pillows, a bad smell in the hallway. The manager offered to refund me for one night which I need to arrange through booking.com

Good hotel

The suits are big with a kitchen, a bedroom and a living space. Very comfortable for a family. Breakfast was very good with lots of options to choose from.

The rooms need updating it is oled and couche was old and broken. Better room cleaning and stoking of the shower products in the bathroom are needed.

Hotel was convenient for us and safe. Price was right, however low price does not mean low service.

Breakfast was the same every day, but it was convenient and good. There was plenty of room in our suite.

No maid service (every 5th day) and we were there for 5 nights. we never saw a maid. Room was very dusty, especially the couch. Heat worked well in the bedroom, but the living area was always very cold (where the thermostat was located). The "Guide" on the living area TV was messed up. When you selected a channel or a show to watch from the Guide, you never got what you picked. Bath tub was damaged and it rusted through the porcelain. It was unpleasant to look at. One pillow taken from the closet smelled like it was stored in a garbage bin.
