A dump, not worth going to

This place is a dump!

nothing.

We checked in and the room was not cleaned. The toilet was not flushed from previous people and the room was a mess. Called down to the desk and they said to come back to the lobby and they would give us another room. Went to the second room and there was water all over the bathroom floor with towels sopping up the water so apparently there was a plumbing issue. went back to the front desk, no apologizes, simply we will get you another room. We decided not to stay, and I also have a 100.00 charge on my credit card.

Friendly checkin, given a little baseball knowledge by the clerk who was happy to have a chat about baseball given we were there for a game. Room clean, bed the most comfortable I have had on our holiday so far! Great location

They said breakfast was 6:30 am to 10am. Breakfast was not served at 6:30 some customers are there for for business waiting for breakfast an odd ammount of time when they have a schedule to stick to is not acceptable

Even though breakfast wasn’t buffet, they had good alternatives to ask for in the menu.

The location of the hotel is ok, you can find a variety of stores nearby. Our only issue we had was that when we entered the room the first thing I perceived was the smell, the room had a humid ambience and this made the environment of the room felt dirty overall. Also the floor tub was stained with something red and made me feel uncomfortable when using the shower. Breakfast isn’t buffet as in most of hotels.

service. We rented three rooms because we were going with the children, they offered us rooms with additional beds when I arrived I realized that they only had a blanquet. I called front desk to ask to please bring me 2 additional blankets and also regular coffee because they only left decaf coffee in the room and they never arrived.

Great stay for unexpected last minute trip.

Clean and comfortable. Updated facilities with all the amenities needed. Staff were extremely helpful in handling my ever changing circumstances. Will stay here anytime I need a place in St. Petersburg.

It was an amazing stay!! Would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is clean and we really liked it! Most of the staff were super friendly, especially the morning front desk man. He was SO nice! I don't know his name but he was awesome! Also, I really liked that they have cold drinking water available 24/7

The only person that wasn't super friendly was the evening front desk guy, I asked him for restaurant recommendations that were open after 10 pm. (After we google them and couldn't find anything) and he just told me to "use that pretty phone of mine to search for them" I told him we already google them but couldn't really find anything and we were asking, just in case he knew of a restaurant nearby. After he noticed I didn't like the way he told me to just google it, he gave me a list of restaurant recommendations they keep for guests (which I don't know why he just didn't give it to me in the first place). It wasn't a big deal but I just think he could've been a little nicer. The other thing we didn't like was that at night there was a group of people drinking right outside the hotel door.

The location is a good bit out of town, needed a 20 dollar uber to get to the pier on downdown st. petersburg
