My friend and I had a great time of relaxation and catching up with each other. Thank you.

The room was amazing. We loved all the extra space, bathroom was a great size, beds were very comfortable, the deck was a very nice size. We didn't use the pool but it did look very nice. We only went to the beach for a few hours one day. (Weather was not good for beach). Staff was very friendly.

My only problem was the coffee cups are too small. (If that's all I have to say bad you got a great thing going).

Always loved our stay at the Hilton

We stayed at the Hilton for several years, never any problems. Staff always helpful.

I would have preferred a room on the upper floor. We were on the second floor.

Expensive for quality of Hotel

Great service

Property can be cleaner for prices charged for stay. Pool area can be cleaner. First day we stay my wife saw a wet tampon right outside the pool and was there for hours and nobody cleaned up

Overall, we were happy with our stay. It just didn’t feel like a top rated hotel.

Ocean front with balcony, comfortable beds, big bathroom. Concierge, Uncle Frank was a breath of fresh air. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable! He made us feel very welcome!

Couch was horrible, very uncomfortable. Didn’t like layout. Too dark in living room. Horrible upkeep- fingerprint smears all over elevators, food and dirt on floor and seat cushion pushed off of bench in elevator area the whole week we were there. Little things that would have shown attention given to cleanliness. Housekeeping only made one bed two times during our 7 days there. Broken screen door on balcony. Little things that make a big difference.

No smart televisions, no integrated streaming services, craftsman ship is not the best , cracks in countertops , misaligned tiles in the bathroom ,thick caulk lines everywhere , exposed wiring in the room, sprinkler head hanging on by a thread .

Ok. Not horrible but we were seriously regretting we hadn’t booked at the Double Tree across the street.

I liked the full kitchen in the room. Family liked the indoor pool and I liked the poolside bar. The housekeeping staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The facility is pretty outdated. The shower and tub especially. Not to mention the coffee maker which is very likely intentional since there is an onsite Starbucks kiosk. Horrible outdated coffeemaker=more business for Starbucks. The hospitality staff was extremely unhelpful and not resourceful at all. Note: if you book with booking.com DO NOT choose the room with the breakfast option. Pay onsite. There is a restaurant onsite which is pretty good. No one was able to tell me how to get the breakfast without paying out of pocket again. So I am out of over $200 because I paid for the breakfast option with booking and since I couldn’t get any help with the breakfast we ended up getting breakfast on our own after paying over $100 the first morning.

Great suite. Everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Great View!

The property was really well maintained. The kitchen was very well stocked. Room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. The location was great! We really enjoyed our stay.

Design of the shower head (located directly on the ceiling) getting in and out of the tub was difficult. Tub and shower bars smooth & very slippery after shower had to use the washcloth to grip the bar. We found a remote control on the floor between the bed and the nightstand also found a spoon under one of the dressers.

Perfect hotel to travel as a family

This is our "go to" spot for a trip to OC. We prefer going off-season and this hotel is perfect for traveling as a family. It gives us privacy while also allowing my kids to have a separate room to hang out in. We get to see the beach/ocean without freezing with the ocean front rooms. Always clean and well kept. A plus for us is also the indoor pool.

I would not stay there again for those prices.

Location was great. Rooms were quiet but outdated. The carpet smelled like mildew.

The carpet smelled. A regular coffee pot would be better. Those dumb coffee machines you are using do not work correctly. I reserved a suite. So we had a kitchen , but no paper towels or dish liquid to clean up. We came back one evening to zero parking spots on the property.

We were looking for an ocean front quiet get away. The hotel did not disappoint.

Although the breakfast order was incorrect, the food was delicious. We also had in room dinner our first night.

The hotel is clean and in a great location, but does appear to be a bit dated.

Superb

The staff was great. They were very quick to fix our light in our room, bring towels/soap, room service was fast and delicious and even helped call an ambulance for us when our 4month old was having trouble breathing at 4am. Beach was not crowded and very easy access. We loved the jacuzzi and rain shower. Our 2 year old LOVED the active pool. We were on the lobby level and the active pool was right outside of our patio (highly recommended) was very quiet in the rooms even with all the screaming kids outside our door. It was an expensive stay for 4 nights, but we would absolutely go back

Housekeeping didn't come one of the days, and it would have been beneficial to have more information on things like TV channels, where things were in the hotel, how breakfast worked, ect. Life guards at the active pool could be a little more strict
