It was alright to spend the night.

They had a pretty good breakfast. There was a decent amount of parking and restaurants nearby.

One of the handles was missing off the shower. They only had one ice machine and it was in the 6th floor. There were a lot of unhoused people on all sides of the property,

I’d stay here again, if the ac unit was fixed. (Room 302)

It was nicely updated.

The ac in the room was on full blast, but still didn’t touch the temperature - it was so hot, and the ac barely blew cooler than the ambient air…it was 2am before the window being open, cooled it down enough to put the sheet on.

We were welcomed and the hotel was very clean. The rooms were lovely and very comfortable. Lovely dog park a few blocks

I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Exceptional service for a fair price, breakfast included - variety of choices. Wide, clean beds. Clean bathroom. Sufficient plugs and USB ports for charging. Coffee available in the room and in the lobby.

The only thing for me was that the fridge was extremely small and not enough space for the ice packs.

comfortable clean rooms. excellent breakfast buffet.

the only negative was the morning I was checking out the cleaning staff member knocked on my door shortly after 10 am to ask if I was checking out. I told her through the door that I was checking out that morning. check out was at noon. at 10:45 she was knocking on my door again to ask when I was checking out because she had to clean the room. I felt like I was being pressured to leave for her convenience! it was extremely annoying! I did lodge a complaint with the front desk as I was checking out.

Breakfast could use a little more bread options... Dinner at the grill was good

The host at the restaurant made me feel like I was a problem for not having a reservation. It was Valentines and I understand they were busy but I was alone and every seat at the bar was empty. He had an attitude of "since you're a guest, I guess you can sit at the bar" I felt like I should go to my room and order delivery. The bartender was very friendly though

The bathtub plug didn’t work. Water pressure for the shower was way too weak. Bed sheet had stains but otherwise very clean.

Nice spacious room, underfloor heating in bathroom, huge comfortable bed. Food was good - complimentary breakfast was extensive and tasty.

Front desk and the restaurant don't answer their phones. Had to go down to the restaurant to order room service. Bedroom heating only did off or on. Not thermostat controlled.

perfect place to stay on our first trip to Fort St John

our room was clean , housekeeping staff did a great job when we needed anything. the restaurant provided a fantastic breakfast included in our stay and we enjoyed tasty meals in the evening

There were several activities in town so we were happy to get the room, but breakfast disappointed.

The breakfast was not up to standards set by some other Ramadas we have stayed at and is the only reason the receive any negative evaluations from us.

overall stay was fine, needs updated AC units and more attention to cleaning corners of room and under beds

lobby was clean and nice, restaurant was convenient, rooms were spacious, family friendly with playpens for toddlers, the best included breakfast!!

no pool, dogs barking, loud guests from 12am-2am opening and slamming doors, old bottle caps not cleaned up from previous guests, AC unit very old and hardly worked
