Great but air conditioning needs an upgrade

Comfortable stay with the location I needed

Location, cleanliness and the staff

The back door didn’t work with the card key so had a long walk around as there were no more parking spots near the main entrance

Loved it and will be back again

The room was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing

Was very busy but at time of reservation didn’t know there was concert in town. But the staff where very helpful and quick

The bed was very comfortable.

The air conditioning was terrible. We were there to attend a wedding and the venue had no air flow and the air conditioning was horrible in the event room.

It was a good stay - Wedding

- Spacious room - Clean - Lots of lighting - Bed was alright - Sausage/egg/hash brown breakfast

- There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper, and both were under 1/4 left. Ran out. - Breakfast was luke warm

Disappointing

Location was convenient for our travels

Receptionist was not pleasant. Room was dirty, hair in tub toilet had not been clean for sometime. And i had a bug in my orange juice at breakfast.

Pleasant hotel

The bedroom is very large, clean and furnished with microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer and mini fridge. The beds are really comfortable! Breakfast with delicious options, including fresh waffles! Wi-fi worked well.

During the shower, the temperature fluctuates.

Disappointing

Location was convenient for our travels.

Receptionist was not pleasant. The room was dirty, hair in tub and toilet had not been cleaned for sometime. At breakfast i had a bug in my orange juice. Price sid nit match booking.com

Not great

Nothing really.

We had to switch rooms 4 times because the heaters were broken and then all the rooms we were switched to had very bad visual damage to the ceiling, floor, tub etc. The room we landed on was dirty and had dirt all over the floor, the vent was falling out and paint chipping

Staff was great first room had no heat moved us another room that had heat but no in the morning!!

No did not care for food in the restaurant for dinner or breakfast

Burger and wings were over cooked and the sausage tasted awful..

It was there. Not our first choice. We'll never stay there again.

The breakfast was okay. The staff did stop the kids from running and screaming in the hallways at 830 at night after I messaged the front desk. The beds were okay, but lacked adequate bedding.

The Wi-Fi was unstable, making the use of video impossible. The bathroom was difficult to use do to the overlap of the counter into the space of the toilet. The toilet paper was 100 grit sandpaper on a roll. The walls are thin, and noise from other rooms can be heard. Upon arrival, the A/C was set to 50F in the middle of January. The heat didn't work unless the noisy fan was on.

Very good

The rooms were comfortable and bedding was clean. Loved the big closet area and that it was open. The microwave and fridge is also appreciated

The windows need cleaned and bathroom was very small. The hallway carpet has some stains that could use some cleaning.

Would probably not go back.

Seemed to be such quiet hotel and the breakfast was good with alot of choices.

When we entered the room there was wallpaper peeling away from the wall. We were there for 2 nights and there was no housekeeping in our room to replace towels or toiletries.

Won’t stay again.

The location is great.

THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. THERE ARE DIFFICULT STAIRS TO THE SECOND FLOOR. The milk at breakfast had gone bad.

The room had not heat and was told could not help us. Psint was peeling from the ceiling and particles were hanging.

I was disappointed in the "Quality" Inn as there was not much quality. They need a good remodel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Good wifi and comfy beds.

The hotel was very dirty and smelled of cigarettes. The rooms had wallpaper falling off.
