Staff was lovely, breakfast was great and the pool was a highlight for a wind and cold Sunday!
The pool could be some degrees warmer, the little ones were feeling so cold in it!
4.0
Clean, hygienic , great location, welcoming staff. They were considerate enough for let go incidental charge in advance as they were facing payment gateway connectivity issue.
They should provide atleast basic water bottles in the room and toiletries rather than a guest expecting it to be there but didn’t find one. Another $ or two wouldn’t harm and atleast these things will evolve customer’s experience and choice of stay for future.
4.5
The Hampton Inn in Point Edward was easy to get to. It was the first exit off the blue water bridge. Very clean and friendly staff.
3.0
Location was good and easy parking. Room was big and comfortable enough.
The A/C in the room was very noisy and no option but to have it on. Breakfast was very average and in fact we skipped most. It had a pool but it was small and quite cold, again we gave this a skip. For the price we thought it was just ok but we would only recommend a short stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, and check-in was easy and quick.
Parking was challenging.

VERY DISAPPOINTED in PAPER PLATES and PLASTIC CUTLERY …. Surely Hampton Inn could supply a dishwasher And items that are MORE ENVIRONMENTALLY friendly ….

I like only the area but the staff is soo rude. She don't know how to explain all the policy in the hotel🤨🤨🤨
Is better to explain all the details what is the right and good there area. Is my first time there check my room before I leave. She never tell that to other family with have kids. Be nice to all the guest.
4.5
Modern, Clean, Comfortable rooms with a fair breakfast choice (the only downside was one meat selection a very thin deli something). Pet friendly!
The price quoted online had nowhere to select a pet. FYI $50.+hotel taxes.
4.5
- The team and the position of the Hotel.
- The cleanliness and the friendliness of the service teams in all of them.
- The free parking lot and the big space matter to park
- The breakfast with all the plastic. I understand that there is Covid but green is really not.
- I would also prefer to have a little more choice of fruit and bread.

I enjoyed the cleanness and nice staff
breakfast was so simple!

Pool, no hot tub,
nice breakfast with waffles etc. , but slices of ham swimming in water was bit unappetising. Eggs were a good but no bacon or sausage.
We were disappointed that there was no view of the Bluewater Bridge, or the riverfront any room..poor choice of land to buy on.
4.5
The front desk staff were wonderful. Accommodating, friendly, compassionate. The breakfast was delicious. The king sized bedrooms were very spacious.
I didn’t love the shower design, and would’ve appreciated softer pillows.

The breakfast was great. Good for adult and children.
I thought the toilet paper and the Kleenex was very cheap.

Super friendly staff, nice breakfast spread, very clean spacious room, super comfy bed, quiet in hallways overnight, just nicely done!
We treated ourselves to a date night with some casino time, dinner at Matches and then our stay at the Hampton.l Definitely would recommend to friends and out of town family!
