Bathroom- 1 towel? Soaps some empty.
Restaurant service poor. Offered morning coffee/grab and go… but no food!

It was closer to the convention center and food areas
The room was bit dirty on the walls

Location. Comfortable bed. Restaurant.
Bathtubs were all stained with rust. Definitely rooms need some renovations and updating.

Very close to the venue.
There wasn’t a remote control, I had to call for one. I couldn’t change the thermostat, it was so cold and I had to turn the whole system off. Poor outlet in the bathroom. Could really hear loud neighboring rooms.

Great location with very friendly staff. Comfy beds, great views of the city from higher levels, lots of restaurants and sights nearby.
There was a mix up with the pre-payment via booking - if you do pre-pay, be sure to mention this often.

Staff, breakfast, and afternoon cocktails
The beds were so uncomfortable that we opted to go home instead of staying the second night, which we paid for

The gym.
Very outdated. Bathroom was old and hot water was not good to mix with cold.
Beds were horribly made because the sheets were to small to fit the matras.
For that price breakfast minimum they can do is include breakfast.

My room was not ready so I had to check into another hotel. I had pre paid in full!!! Please can you re fund me or at least credit my booking.com account. Just dreadful to have paid for an expensive hotel room and be told on arrival that my room is not ready! I went to another hotel.
No room for me!!!! I had already paid!!!

I never stayed at this hotel and they charged me anyway. They did not respond to any emails, and they have still yet to contact me regarding the issue.

Staff was friendly, view was nice. Room was big, the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom, although a bit old like the rest of the building, was charming and qualitative.
The location of the hotel is simply fantastic, next to the convention centre.
In general, the place feels a bit old. The room was a little dusty, which for 300-400$/night should not be the case. $20 for WiFi per day is simply scandalous. I don't think there exist many places where WiFi is charged for to clients, and even less as such a price. Colleagues who stayed on the other side of the block, in the Hyatt, had +- similar rooms/pricing, but with great and free WiFi.

The hotel was really nice and the lobby area. We had a nice room as well.
I did like that that the cleaning was being done late at night in the rooms next to me and doors were being slammed by the cleaning staff. I could hear them talking loudly as well. I couldn’t sleep and this was happen after 10:30 at night. This should not be happening so late and loudly.

Staff was extremely helpful and patient as we checked in/out with numerous people- responses from staff were also prompt from the room. The rooms were also very clean.
Was surprised to learn that room service was only available for pick up.

It was close to other stores and places to shop.
I feel that my room was smaller than I thought it would be and the price was more than I felt the room was worth.

Breakfast was excellent!
Everything was great.

The hotel is conveniently located to local points of interest: the Convention Center, Capitol Park, and nearby restaurants and shops. The property is very pretty and the lobby features a bar and dining area. The room was comfortable and spacious.
Check in is kind of messy. When I checked in, there were people standing around the front desk with no semblance of a line. When I was standing behind someone to check in and another desk opened, the people behind me rushed over to the next desk. I walked by on a few other occasions during my trip and noticed people waiting around the front desk waiting to check in or out. No staff were present.

The staff and location were both great.
I didn't like the pillows at all and some cushions at the window were damaged.
3.5 / 5.0
Great location.
The most uncomfortable part of our stay was the lack of air conditioning. The thermostat only went down to 66 and even then, the room temperature would never go below 70. That along with the super uncomfortable pillows made getting quality sleep difficult. it wasn’t even a super warm weekend weather-wise only in the 70’s

Location was convenient for what we needed (access to Cathedral and Memorial Auditorium). The lobby bar is very nice and staff were friendly.
The homeless population was scary. Especially when I had to access my car early in the morning there was homeless camped in the entry way yelling at me.
Also the bathroom in the room has not been kept up. The tile is cracked, the toilet handled appeared broken and the shower head was weak with a shower head made for someone 5'5". Not what you would expect for the price.
