Perfect for a nights stay after flying in, before traveling back to Cape Breton.

Close to airport. Can park your car while you’re gone.

Nice hotel

Like incase it was close to Halifax Airport, the staff was nice and friendly. My room was nice and clean, I like that I was able to check in early

Hotel met our expectations as to location to airport and convenience of shuttle service.

Location: 3 minutes drive to the airport. Shuttle bus service. Comfortable beds. Quietness at night. Enjoyed the supper we ordered in the bar/cafe.

The breakfast buffet that came with the room stay - mediocre overall.

Pratique pour nous, rapport qualité/prix corrects des travaux sont à envisager.

La proximité de l’aéroport, la navette de l’hôtel gratuite, le personnel de l’accueil, la literie et le linge.

Les extérieurs de l’hôtel sont à minima et les intérieurs datent. La baignoire de notre chambre était d’un autre âge, il est temps de faire une belle douche.

We always have short stays ,but would highly recommend this hotel.

We checked in around 9 pm, it was very busy at the time. Taylor at the check in desk did an outstanding job ,not only checking my family in, but also helping to check in and arranging everything for our friend, who arrived after midnight due to flight delays ex Toronto. Thank you Taylor, all your help was much appreciated ! Peter J.

It was smelly and overpriced

The restaurant was tastey and the shuttle was very quick and he was friendly

The hotel was flooded, which is out of the hotels control we understand. But we booked it to use the pool so that was disappointing. They also put us on the bottom floor which had a terrible smell.

Disgusting, bug infested and RUDE!

There were ants infested everywhere. Staff were awful, they offered compensation for our horrible stay but only honoured it partially, then they were so rude and ridiculous to deal with. Our room and beds were covered in ants. We were bitten and had to check out early at 8am after the flight landed at 6am. Don’t waste your money here, it’s old, outdated and not worth the chance of horror from infestation.

This place needs some real money invested in it.

Old and run down and we were in the so called “renovated” room. The bathroom is really bad. See photos. Absolutely HATE that you can’t open the windows to let fresh air in. Our room is non smoking but we can still smell cigarette smoke. Not sure where it’s coming from.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to others.

Close to airport. Room was clean. Bed was very cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was the usual hotel type. Restaurant had a nice atmosphere.

Day staff( before shift change needs to learn manners. She was Abrupt, yawning with her mouth open all the time. No hello or Thankyou. Staff change while I was still booking in and that shift was great

I was happy with the selection the hotel provided for breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I didn't like how the restaurant stated they had gluten-free options, however everything was cross contaminated so my sister was only able to eat one thing off of the menu.

The location was good and airport shuttle was prompt

There was black mold in the bathroom and no hot water in the first room. Had to force the issue to be moved to another room that actually had hot water to shower. Issues on check in and had to call booking.com because the desk agent wouldn't do a thing. Onsite restaurant was mediocre and overpriced. Nicely cooked haddock, but with barely thawed frozen veg. Would never go back and do not recommend.

Good place for what we paid.

Very close to the airport so it made our trip very convienient. We have stayed here on multiple occassions and I am sure we will again

Our only issue was with finding the shuttle to go from the airport back to the hotel. Then the shuttle parked at the back of the line so people who got there last were trying to get the shuttle first

Wouldn't stay again

Breakfast was great, they had highchairs available for my little guy and a really nice selection of foods Ordered carry out from their restaurant The Hidden Gem, and it was lovely Room temperature was easily adjustable and worked well Elevator to get to our room Lots of parking close to our room

Overpriced Room keys didn't work the first time Trouble checking in Found goldfish and Hemp lip chap lying on the floor under the air conditioner Water issues-rusty in colour (found out later upon checkout that they had a notice posted bht Bathroom tub floor was very rusty and separate from where you wash your hands
