The location is nice.
We had a room booked at the lodge/ building but we were relocated to one of the old rustic cabins at the last minute.
The bed or mattress was horrible. Old and out of shape. My wife and I did not sleep well

My one disappointment was that this lodge is advertised as a bed and breakfast and sadly no breakfast was included. However the room was very comfortable and the views over the harbour and river were very lovely and relaxing.
unfortunately the cold water tap in the sink was not working but it was a bonus to not share the bathroom with any other guests.

It was clean . Bed seems comfortable.
It’s on an extremely busy road . Doors aren’t locked with much . Just getting back to our room hadn’t gone to bed yet and a guest from across the hall walked in the room . And I was blamed for that . Interesting concept given my room is a decent distance from the rooms across the hall. I’m still awake thank goodness. Had I not noticed I’m unsure what would of happened. No securities here or any kind . No one at a desk or anything to help.

Very nice spot. On the ocean with a very scenic view. Charming hotel run by lovely, friendly accommodating people.

Location very close to the water with a nice view of the water. Bathtub had bottles of shampoo and conditioner on the wall instead of tiny samples of each
It is a self checking process. Had I lost or ignored my emails and texts, I would not have been able to check in. There was no Kleenex box and the cold water tap in the sink in the bathroom would not open no matter how hard I tried. Also, no microwave or air conditioning…just a fan.
From the description, I thought there was a restaurant and possibility of breakfast, but nothing was open. I would not have used the pool, but if I wanted to, the pool was covered by a plastic blanket.

Bathroom facilities very good.
Mattress had lost its support and really needs replacing.
Continental breakfast was minimal and consisted of 2 slices toast, juice box, tea or coffee, yoghurt or fruit; anything extra was charged separately.

People were awesome. Bed was comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Bathroom was huge and clean.
Restaurants were a little further than I would like and banks were hard to find.

The staff was super friendly and made us feel at home. The internet worked fast in the room, and remained connected even on the picnic tables by the water.

Lovely suite perfect for our family. Very welcoming staff and a great location for our getaway. Our needs were met and the way our kids were welcomed was heartwarming!
A/C would have made it a dream! Also, a little info in our room about the procedures for using the pool, canoe, fire pit, and times for breakfast, etc.

The room’s deco was super quaint and interesting. Lots of room.
The grounds around could do with some tidying up and would help the curb appeal a lot.

Breakfast was good. The location was pretty with the fall colours on the cliffs. We also had a great dinner with seafood chowder and breaded haddock.

The room was lovely! It was furnished with well-cared-for antiques. The bed was very comfortable and the washroom was well equipped. The breakfast was delicious and the room were it was served in was bright and provided a beautiful view.
That we only stayed for 1 night.
