Terrible experience! Not recommend at all!

Hotel charged WiFi which most of the hotel already provide the free service. The front counter reception wasn't helpful and we couldn't put our luggages there while we explored the city.

Uncomfortable bed, unclean towels and bathroom. Plus not sound proof.

Never again.

The central Waikiki location was handy. The canal /mountain view was pleasant. No balcony made drying our wet swim stuff out impossible.

The parking was not part of the facility and I had to pay $40 a day to park there with a rental car! The front desk only ever had one staff on, long lines. The room was so dingy. The air conditioner was disgusting, it had mold growing in it. I’m handy so I pulled out the filter pieces and washed them in the sink. The outflow into the room was caked in black mold. Ugh. Disgusting. Beds were uncomfortable. The hotel needs a facelift and a clean up. My son walked across the tile floor of our room and his feet were filthy. Needless to say we wore our shoes in our room. The kids did not want to swim in the pool. Their teen age words sim it up: no thanks.

Excellent customer service and easy access to food around the hotel

The location was good for walking Waikiki strip... I liked that there was a food truck park right next door and 7 eleven around the corner also a pizza place down stairs. The pool was on the sixth floor and you could look off the roof top and see a beautiful painting g along the hotel of a whale. I enjoyed myself there and we will go back, Would be better if there was pool towels in the room and a nicer refrigerator, but overall comfortable bed and clean room.

I didn't like that we had to exchange our bath towels to get pool towels then exchange pool towels for bath towels later. The icebox needs an upgrade .

Passable if you’re stuck

Staff are friendly and helpful. Cheap for Waikiki.

Furniture is old and needs replaced. Walls marked: Fridge froze anything you put in it. Air conditioner was so loud I had to switch it off so I could hear my alarm. Hot tub wasn’t hot and one didn’t work.

I love this hotel never know if there’s a pool cause haven’t seen it yet but my stay there was great

I loved the privacy and it was ok and great for the price in short notice and the one staff that was there for us at the front desk was awesome he was so nice and welcoming I go there again for his customer service and the stay was great we’ll be back guarantee aloha

The room and amenities forced me to enjoy Oahu more.

The Location was good for Waikiki

Literally no room service for cleaning, towels, we lived in a sand box. The pool area didn’t allow any drinks, the Hot Tubs are just 2 house hold style tubs. Parking is not included with your room. Very basic run down rooms, we cleaned ourselves.

Exceptional

Location on edge of Waikiki amazing. Stayed many times before. Elevators renovated makes them quicker and new jacuzzi's enhance the 6th floor elevated pool area nicely.

Stayed here under Air BnB many times with great amenities, this first time in a Hotel "Owned" unit. Amenities are a bit stingy. Need hair conditioner to match the shampoo and facial tissues.

good location. nice that it has a pool an jacuzzi. felt very safe, good security.

walls were very thin, could hear everything. curtains are too thin, does not cover the light. showerhead is to harsh. they clean only every 5 days.

For breakfast you have to go and find place to eat. Location not the best, beach to far. Every where you go need Uber

For 8 nights we stay there even bad sheets was never changed.

The room was clean and the hotel is in a very convenient location.

The lifts were frustratingly slow. The WiFi stopped working. The showers are for short people.
