Great location with amazing staff

The staff was super helpful. The Valets were quick and super pleasant. The pool bartender Chey was amazing. The inside rooms were updated cute decor. Conveniently located to beach /shopping.

The overall building needs a renovation. The hot tub and one of the side pools were not working so they had wood over them! Our room had a funny smell they tried to cover with air fresheners!! It is a great location but with that came a lot of road noise.

Great we loved it

Close to the beach and main stip. Great pool.

There was construction going on and we had to request another room due to noise. And we got an upgrade larger and quieter room.

Very close to everything, and decent pricing.

There is no parking. If you have a vehicle you have to park around the city. Cheapest we found was $50 a night.

Nice Location. Staff are very nice. Pink Bus line for Waikiki area is just outside the Hotel.

Walking distance to the shops.

Parking is too expensive. We end up returning the hired car early.

Absolutely worth the price.

The Valet guys were AMAZING. So friendly and the most helpful of all the staff.

There we’re definitely some sort of termite eating the furniture in our room and the room just wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. The wooden portion of the flooring was sticky and the carpet definitely needs a good thorough cleaning. House keeping definitely seems to do a rushed job. Maybe they’re under staffed though.

Confortable hotel in quite street in Waikiki

Excellente location in Waikiki! Quite street just next to the busy center.

Parking was full so had to park elsewhere and parking outside is very expensive. Recommend guest reserving the parking place in the hotel before arriving.

Nice clean place to stay

Great location good staff clean rooms comfortable beds Miles the valet attendant was fantastic so friendly did his job with a big smile good on you mate 😊😊😊management was good welcomed our wedding group

Good location, Friendly stuff, nice value

Easy to access to the beach and shopping. Very convenient go to dinner and grab a breakfast. Room was spacious and fancy but little bit feeling old partially.

The hot water didn’t come out when I wanted use it at night. But the problems was solved by next day.

I love my stay on this hotel

The hotel is renovated and clean. I booked two rooms and both clean. But I changed the other one beacause it has cockroach

The other room had cockroache on the kitchenette

Definitely Staying Again

Super friendly staff with excellent customer service. The pool and pool bar were great.

Hawaii was beautiful but for the price I expected more

the facilities where nice although the rooms where very old school themed

when I checked in late at night they would accept card numbers for the bond or any of my cards and also didn’t let me give a cash bond almost refused my stay till I kicked up a spit and let me pay cash bond of $300

The location is perfectly

The customer service is very bad, one lady in the cashier tried to charged me resort fee when I actually already paid through my booking. Good thing I doubled check my receipt. And there were fire alarmed in the middle of the night and everybody were running outside , making all the guest incovinience and staff acted non chalant and didn’t even apologized or explained what happened. I would not stay in this hotel again. The staff were shady I thought I was being scammed.

Good location, friendly staff, small pool and dated bathrooms.

The hotel was in a good area, a 3 minute walk to the beach and on the end of the main strip of shops and restaurants in Waikiki. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a leak in our room and they were very apologetic, washed my clothes that were wet and gave us complimentary access to their terrace room - this was a nice room with good views on the top floor and free drinks/small snacks. The beds were comfy. It was helpful to have a fridge in our room.

The bathroom was dated in both the rooms that we stayed in. Also only some of the rooms have been refurbished as per their website so our room did not look as modern as the ones in the photos. The pool is also much smaller than it looks in the photos and we did not go in it as once there were a few children playing, there was no room for anyone else.

I would not stay at this hotel next time.

Location was good and staff was friendly.

Facility was too old while it was renovated. I could hear all the sounds from outside and around the room including shower, closing door, walking, coughing, etc. so could not sleep well. There was water leakage from ceiling on a rainy day. Not a pleasant facility to stay.
