Ist okay

Zimmer war groß und sauber. Personal war nett.

Ein bißchen Mobiliar hat vielleicht gefehlt, das Zimmer hat einen etwas leeren Eindruck gemacht. Das Frühstück war nicht so toll. Seit 3 Tagen gab es kein Kaffee, wenn man Glück hatte, hat man ab gestandenen Kaffee aus der Mikrowelle bekommen. Cornflakes waren wie Pappe, der Sirup für Waffeln war sauer, daß Rührei war wie Krümelsalat.

Location gave us great access to shopping, restaurants, and the airport.

AC worked well

The bed was nasty/uncomfortable. The room smelt like urine/cats. The price was way too high for what was provided. And the outside of the hotel was very nasty. There was a lot of trash everywhere

Not a fan

Close to the airport. Big room. Nice pool and hot tub.

Hotel needing repair. Doors were difficult to open. Floor was uneven. One TV didn’t work. Not as clean as it could be. Furniture broken.

Good location to the airport, and that’s about it..

It was a short drive to the airport, which was great for morning flights.

The cleanliness of the room. There was what I would assume was feces on the toilet handle (I was so grossed out I didn’t even have time to mentally tell myself to take a photo before I cleaned it, ew) and the bathtub had a “dirt ring” around it. The hot tub turned my fingers and toes blue …

Gutes Hotel

Zimmer war groß und sauber. Frühstück war sehr gut. Hotel sah von außen super aus, sehr schöne Anlage.

Fön funktionierte nicht und der hebel der Dusche ist abgefallen, wurde aber nicht repariert.

I didn't even stay there cause I was moved and my feed back is horrible customer service

I didn't even stay here in the end

First of all I had selected to pay at location, my card was ran on check in day without me being present, I called to inform of a late check in a d they tell me right off the bat I have no reservation didn't even ask my name. I told the rep I had a confirmation number I had booked it months ago so she took my name then tells me I've been transferred to another hotel which they didn't even tell me so if I didn't call I wouldn't have known. Then they tell me it was due to housing homeless people that they move me. Went to the hotel I was moved too stay there was good. We checked out Sunday. Then comes that Monday and this hotel surestay plus which I didn't even stay at because they moved me charges my card twice for 214.05 and 99.99 when I was already back here in Cali. They had no business even having my card info at their dispose so I'm super pist because i don't have the remainder for my rent and now my landlord is on my ass for the rent money I called at least 5 times asking about the refund of the 214 and no one helps me with that. At least his point I may have to file a complaint with my bank and the facility's corporate. There was a d still is no communication and unauthorized transactions to my card when I had no reservation and I wasn't even in that state anymore.

Horrible

Nothing, because I didn’t get to stay there!!

I was transferred to a hotel 12 miles away when I went to check in at 10:30pm! No advance notice!!

"be warned" The kitchen doesn't come with utensils of pans or cups or soap

nice rooms are nice, but old and a bit dated, but better than most hotels with kitchen that I have seen in the past.

reception staff are very rude, they told me that kitchen utensils and pans are not included, they argued with me telling me i should go and buy my own pans. they told me none of the rooms are garneted to have any kitchen wares. How ridiculous would it be to book a hotel room with a kitchen and not have anything to cook with?

pretty good over all stay

good location in the middle of everything

the manager she sat at the front desk didn’t do ANYTHING!!! even if the new guy is in training doesn’t mean you don’t tell the people in line one minute he will be with you or something anything the lady kory? female she sat there and ignored pretty much everyone at the front!!!! was very poor customer service no common proper adequacy! just plain rude as a person. I wouldn’t put someone like that at the front desk if I owned this property I wouldn’t even have her cleaning rooms!

Worst hotel In Phoenix!

Nothing They were so rude they actually yelled at me . The room had a pair of women's underwear left on the floor! Dis GG usting!
