Highly recommend

The property was in a calm area, places to go eat were walking distance, and overall the hotel was calm.

Only dislike about the property was that I went to the bar that’s in the lobby, as I order my drink I noticed lipstick stains on the cup, so I believe that as a bartender you need to make sure that your glasses are clean before serving a guest.

Charged my credit card for the full room amount even though I showed the front desk staff it was paid in full through Booking.com. Now I have to dispute it with both companies, the hotel and Booking. The front desk person was unwilling to help and just kept saying it wasn't her problem to fix. Very rude and disrespectful.

this was my 3rd time staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

the proximity to my daughters apartment was perfect. about a 5 minute walk

The staff was friendly. Spacious room for parking. Good location. Generally it was a good experience.

The hot water wasn't really hot, espcially for a shower. Bathroom lighting was too dim. A sock was found under the couch (maybe left by the previous guest)

good location, air conditioning needs work, it was too loud

The location was great, the facade was nice and the beds are comfy.

The a/c was very noisy it sounded like a semi was accelerating inside the room, I was unable to sleep because of how loud it was.

Everything was pretty clean except for the pool. It doesn’t seem like the pool has been cleaned in several days. The staff was very nice, and they were always willing to answer any questions I might have had.

Place was excelt. I stayed there now twice and enjoyed both times may book a 3rd time soon.

Location was great. We had breakfast else where but still not to far away which was great.

The fan in the bathroom was not working. Also had a tree blocking our window view. 1 more thing we had a guy pounding on our door at 1 in the morning.

The walk-in shower was excellent, too! I was flying that evening on the red-eye and they accomodated me with a later check-out!
