Good location clean rooms just right for traveling thru

Location

Small continental breakfast selection / noise issue on last night couldn’t sleep . People above party ed from 130am to 630 am. Not once did I hear anyone tell them to quiet down .

This mgr. should not be associated with

Breakfast was supposed to be included But the mgr.refused us and said Booking .com made a mistake .When I showed the mgr.our confirmation he told us if we were not happy we should leave and would refund our stay !!! He also. Said we had booked a smoking room but we don’t smoke and he finally gave us a n/s room .Not a good start after driving all day!!

staff was extremely rude

the staff was extremely rude the room was damp ,cold and painter tape was holding up the ceiling in the bathroom. tell us stories of past customers and how he charged them because there dog left a mess and he would do the same to us and order that our dog sleep on the floor . we told him sorry you went through that but our dog is very well behaved she’s been in 10 hotels this year alone and we’ve never had an issue. we travel a lot and this has been the worst experience we ever had.

Friendly staff.. nice location, quiet, comfortable bed

The place needs major work.. no heat in the bathroom.. we had a pet friendly room and there is old carpet.. need to remove all carpets.. some electric outlet not working.. it needs a big revamp. Old tub in the bathroom could not tell if it was dirty or just stained.

Good stay with no breakfast

The location for us was just perfect. Room was clean and comfy. Good wifi.

We didn't get breakfast. Even they promised one on booking. The owner said due to Covid there is no breakfast anymore. But covid is over for a very long time! It completely ruined our stay, because on December 25th there was no stores, restaurants.... nothing was open. Bathroom was old compared to the room. Only three sets of towels for 4 people. Also such a small coffee machine... again for 4 people.

The Asian gentleman at the front desk was very nice!!!

It was supposed to be a certain price and include breakfast, but I was charged an extra $10.00 AND they aren't serving breakfast!!! The room had mold in it and a tape-patched ceiling in the bathroom!!! There were also several extension cords, which I would think would be a fire hazard?!!! 🤷‍♀️

Clean, with pleasant and helpful staff plus good value

The host/manager was very pleasant, super helpful and efficient. The place was being slowly renovated/redecorated during our visit and I feel like the improvements are thoughtful and good quality. It was good value for money, very clean and well-managed. Most importantly, we got a good night's sleep and the air conditioner worked great and was much appreciated because our stay coincided with a heat wave. I would recommend it to others.

It's not really a criticism, but the motel is out on the highway near a mall and the southern outskirts of town. I suppose this might be not optimal for people wanting to be near the town centre of Quesnel, but we were just passing through with colleagues on a road trip and the location worked very well for us.

Do Not recommend staying at this location

Didn’t stay for breakfast. Location was fine. We use Super 8 when we travel, this one is so old and in need of renovations. The shower bathtub was clean but the tub is peeling and the shower is stuck on so you couldn’t use the bathtub not that I would have. If I had been travelling alone I would not have stayed. Requested a pet room and got some attitude over that.

Will never stay again, ever.

This place is disgusting. There was nothing that we enjoyed about our stay.

Everything. The rooms were disgusting. Stunk of cigarette smoke. Found garbage beside the bed (not in a hidden place) The bathroom had a leak in the ceiling, the repair was done with green painters tape and painted over. White white paint. Burn out light bulbs, an ancient TV that had horrible picture quality and paused all the time. Found some type of debris in the bed… luckily I brought my own blanket and pillow. I slept on top of the covers in my clothes, wrapped up in my own blanket. I could go on and on…we will NEVER stay there again or recommend this it.

Not much. The bedding seemed clean

Rooms were dirty. No non slip mat for the bath/shower. Two of the three rooms we rented had no coffee makers.
