Yo hizo la reserva equivocadamente y cuando llame el hotel para cambiar ellos cambiaron pero yo tenia que pagar 102 dolares cuando yo ya tenia pago 80 dolares por una diaria. El Booking.com es impossible tener un contacto por telefono con ellos. Voy perder lo que pague.

Great hotel, close to everything we needed. Light Rail close by for transport. Friendly staff, big bedroom with everything you need.

Very good

Clean, large, modern rooms.

Too much noise from closing doors and moving around above. If you are a light sleeper, a top floor unit would be the way to go.

Nice place to stay

I loved the size of the room, tv and bed. Super spacious and comfortable 👌

Did not have a microwave as promoted so I had to leave to get food even though I had brought microwaveable food to minimize travel.

Over all , very clean, quite except for the proximity of light rail. Slight overprice = surroundings

The room was very large with exceptionally high ceilings. The floors were not carpeted ( jacuzzi tub center of room ) and for the most part very simple room with the exception of two flat screens, so the acoustics in the room made everything seem loud , even just talking I felt as if persons in hallway would easily hear me. The $200 dollar deposit seemed excessive. Other than that , very clean ,quite hotel. P.S. the jacuzzi was larger than I expected, however the jets were weak and was more like a swirling tub.

Check -in seemed a little like a interview , or when your buying a car and the salesperson is trying to qualify you as able to purchase.

A comfortable no frills place recently remodeled in a good location for downtown Mesa

This hotel has been remodeled and renamed since we last stayed here, and everything is relatively new and modern; a definite improvement. Room with a King bed was spacious. Good downtown Mesa location, if that is what you need, on the Metro light rail line. This is a no frills property, but still a good value.

Front desk staff were just a little off; not exactly welcoming or informative, but check-in and check-out were quick, so not a big deal.

The staff was rude. My husband came before me and they called to confirm that it was him. Then they told him that not only couldn't he check in but that he couldn't wait for me in the lobby. The next day I was apologized to and she said that he could have checked me in. Train your staff the protocols, but more importantly train them courtesy, decency and good customer service! That did nit exist there.

The location of the hotel and the cleanliness of the rooms.

That we had to reset our keys every night. We did not go close to an automatic door opener or anything else that would make the keys not work.

Great stay, double check you're fully checked in

Very cozy bed and close to a lot of local things

The check in process wasn't done correctly for me, so I was woken up at 9:30a asking who I was. It got resolved, but I wasn't able to go back to sleep after that.
