Unexpected charges

The disability room was great

I really disliked the fact that the hotel charged me a $20 fee to check-in not even an hour and a half before check-in. It was unexpected because it wasn't clear on the website prior to check in. They didn't make it clear under "Hotel Information."

Police entrapment working with the hotel the hotel actively working with employees to get people arr

Everything was broken unusually the staff were rude and was working with local police to try to get people arrested the police drive about 30 times a day that's this location the illegally profile people and illegally do searches in the hotel allows it even encourages it

I did not like that I was worried out of my hotel room but by the police and staff sitting there might have been someone in my room with family warrants they did not even search the room they put me and my guest and handcuffs for no reason other than pure harassment I would understand if we were doing something illegal but we were not we were woke up at 1:00 in the morning and held until 4:00 a.m. in the office for no reason they never searched the room I asked for a refund refund it was not given

Lady at front desk didn't fit in with the normal awesome staff

my job Usually the staff is 100% but this time there was an older lady kinda gave me a hard time and took for ever. Found a bong scale and baggies in my room behind the nightstand had her take a picture of it and she expected me to run down mgt the next 2 days to tell them about it when I had already told her like it was my job

Needed an affordable place to stay for a few hours overnight

Blood stains on sheets. Tub still had a scrunchie in it from the last person. Rub was absolutely filthy and black with dirt. AC unit full of dust. Non smoking room smells like 15 packs of unfiltered cigarettes.

The tub was big, but there was no bath mat.

The bed was atrocious, I hurt my knee when I got on the matress, it wa so full of hard springs. customer service was mediocre, at best, maid service was non-existent. The location, just were the hotel was seated, was rough looking. It was not as quit as I had hopes. I asked for a quiet room and was placed by a room with a barking dog. The TV was small, the blankets were rough. There were zero amenities in the room. I will not stay there again.

It was near to where I plan to Go

They Canceled My Reservation !!!! On Fri. 23 that Morning I stop to tell them We would be back around 5pm or 6pm and they say they would Note that in my Confirmed Reservation !!!! I and My Daughter who is Handicap Checked in Friday 23 after 5:pm The Clerk said Our Room was Canceled and he put Us in A Room Downstairs with1 Bed and the Room Reap with Cigarette Smoke and was Disgusting !!!! That Morning Sat.24 We Checked Out I told GWEN and The Lady that was with her what happen and I wanted A REFUND they said They can't do that I need to Contact Booking.Com so I did I called and Talk to Tony (Anthony) He said it is being Processed for a COMPLAINT Against the Property Motel 6-Mesa AZ South Con#3997302387 Paid 92.24 Room # 105/ VERY DISSATISFIED Will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN !!!!!!!
