Custo benefício e atendimento ótimos

Atendimento do pessoal em geral, localização, funcionários q falam português Natália, a Flor em espanhol muito simpática, tinha uma.rapaz e uma moça pela manhã esqueci os nomes, mas tbem formidáveis . Localização perto de td, tem vários comércios, perto farmácia, posto wawa, mercado tree dólar, vc faz a pe. Sem falar q a estrutura do resort é ótima. Todo equipado o apto, tinha de tudo na cozinha

O q não gostei foi a cama q era pessima, o sofá cama barulhento demais, de mola, pessima as camas...e a limpeza não faz diariamente só a cima de 9 dias

Absolutely great location ! Beautiful rooms, spacious. Staff is always so friendly and welcoming

Only thing was the floors in the unit was dirty. Walk though the unit , socks were filthy ! We always had to wear shoes inside

Great place

This is a great place to stay while in Orlando. It has everything you would need and beautifully kept pools, recreational facilities and grounds.

Towels and housekeeping only Tuesday and Thursday. Unfortunately we came on Thursday and left on Tuesday so we received no fresh sheets or towels for the whole 4 nights. I found out on the day we left that we could have asked.

Great location and nice resort. We would stay here again.

The location was great--walking distance to a little plaza with a gas station, Dollar Tree, and restaurants. Only two miles from Disney Springs. Felt secure. Pools were lovely.

The air conditioner never kicked on--stayed at 76F. You couldn't adjust the shower temperature so it was always hot. Floor was hard to clean; feet were always dirty!

This was a great stay!

Very clean and nice. Even though we didn’t use the kitchen for anything other than coffee and a few snacks in the refrigerator, it was very nice sized and has everything you would need. The pools and grounds are very nice and the location to Disney Parks is great. The units are decorated very nice!

Apartment style stay

The room had a full functioning kitchen which was excellent for extended stays, and the location was super close to Disney without the price tag of a Disney hotel.

The shuttle service was limited but it didn’t bother me too much given I could get around quite easily on my own.

Overall a good stay.

Good location, nice swimming pools

Could do with some updating eg get rid of old carpets. The first unit that we were assigned had a very musty smell and was in an isolated corner with no view. After asking for a change we were given a nicer unit with a view of the pool.

Unfortunate experience

Our room was beautiful,the resort was clean and very enjoyable. Despite the entrance being under construction, we were very happy with our stay until the day we checked out.

The day we checked out, our son discovered he left his wallet in the room. The security person who was sent to open the room for us was very helpful and went above and beyond to help. I regret to say the people in the office left a bad taste in my mouth. They were cordial but seemed indifferent and not very compassionate to our situation. Regrettably, my sons wallet was never found, which seems very careless to me on behalf of housekeeping.

everything about the seating was perfect. We would prefer to be reminded by phone calling for check out time instead of knocking the door by security staff! Just 30 minutes after check out (10:00 am) door knocked like something happened emergency!

The constant security around the buildings. You can see the employees taking pride in their work. Employees friendly and helpful. The peace and quiet is all worth it.

Love the huge size of the condo and the fact that it had a Jacuzzi bath and two bedrooms and granite in the kitchen
