Perfect breakfast location between Boston and Salem. It was clean and well maintained.

The pool was either not heated or not well heated. Shower water could have been warmer. Stationary bike in the fitness center did not have toe straps on the pedals.

Clean, quiet and comfortable.

Easy check in and check out. Quiet and convenient location. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good for a hotel breakfast.

Set up of coffee area and breakfast area. Very inconvenient for guests. Needs to flow better. Coffee brewing one cup at a time with several guests is not the best system to have.

Pleasant fairly normal best western hotel stay.

Comfortable room, very clean. Bins emptied and beds made every day. Convenient location for highways. Coffee machine made good coffee and water dispenser filled our bottles with cold water for the day. Fridge in the bedroom was quite large for a room fridge.

Strong disinfectant smell on entering the room that took 1 day to go away. Air conditioning was sometimes re-set by the cleaning staff so one evening it was really cold when we got back. No extractor fan in bathroom. No wholewheat bread in the breakfast offerings = low on healthy food.

Nice, clean hotel with friendly front desk staff and a good breakfast.

Had a nice selection for breakfast options. The pool was nice and relaxing after a hot day in Boston. The attached restaurant in front of the hotel had great food, but was a bit expensive for dinner for 2. We had a great 2 nights in Woburn and enjoyed staying at the hotel. All the little rabbits running around the property were cute and fun to watch.

A hot tub would be great.

Great location, convenient breakfast in the mornings

it was convenient location away from the busy traffic of Boston. We used it as our base to go back-and-forth to do things in Boston.

The breakfast could have had something more healthy.

Poor

I'm supposed to stay yesterday morning and my flight was cancelled. I was trying to get the hotel to change it for another day. It said that it was available to make the change Sunday I sent the request they denied it. I will request the refund

Great hotel and a great location. Clean, friendly service, easy and free parking, good selection at breakfast. 10 mins from the T. Would absolutely stay again!

Breakfast ended too early during the week for us.

there was a handprint on the headboard/wall area, the closet in the room felt out of place, the pool was closed

Breakfast was very good, but staff didn’t empty the trash and it was overflowing. extra $25 for potential damage stupid.

Location, bed was comfortable. Front desk person was nice.

Loud restaurant, parking spaces near door filled up by restaurant. Pillows too soft, no microwave in room, no fan in bathroom.

Very accommodating

I was in town for a funeral, and I put in the wrong dates for my stay. The girl up front was amazing! (I'm kicking myself for not getting her name) I arrived Friday March 10th so please look up who was working. The girl without any extra stress for me helped me change the date to the correct date ( that night)so that my family (husband and toddler) could check in while I headed out ti the wake. My mistake could have caused huge issues, considering we had just driving 2 1/2 hours with a 2 year old. However the girl fixed the problem within a matter of minute so we were able to get up to the room. I just think she should be recognized for going above and beyond. She made what could have been a extra stressful situation, a complete breeze. We'll come back because of how she handled things.

I like the location area and there is a restaurant close by Sam Walkers , the staff are very friendly good customer service and like the lobby area

What i did like was our room wasn't really vacuum and I had a stains in my bed sheets and the room had a musty smell:/
