Good value!!

Really liked the complimentary breakfast - better than what some more expensive hotels provide! Friendly staff, large and clean room, and 20 minutes walk from a BART Station (San Bruno).

We were sleeping nearly all day and night after long flight.

Finally a big bed and the room was clean. We appreciate the free shuttle.

The location looks a little bit ghosted and some homeless people on the street. When we arrive the receptionist was not there. We wait 5 min until someone was coming, even we ring the bell and call the hotel from our phone.

Very convenient and comfortable.

. Very clean and comfortable. .Staff were very friendly. .close to supermarket and very good restaurants. . Local drinking hole is walkable distance. . Free shuttle is very convenient.

Everything as expected….

Close to the airport with a shuttle to the airport

Property was great, however it appeared that there is a misalignment between the hotel and the airport shuttle. Lucky, I arrived early and meet the shuttle driver when waiting outside… hotel staff did not inform me of the arrival of the shuttle….

La limpieza que se ve a simple vista bien....pero abres el microondas y .....puaj, restos de comida pegados por todos lados.

La habitación era amplia, muy cómoda y limpia, perfecta para descansar cerca del aeropuerto. El desayuno simple, pero suficiente. Tiene shuttle gratuito hacia y desde el aeropuerto.

Felt a bit depressing.

The rooms are nice and big.

I can’t pin point what I didn’t like but the receptionist was wearing a filthy T-shirt and it just made me feel like the whole hotel would be filthy. Shuttle van was 15 min late.

Amenities are new and upgraded, facility is non- smoking and clean, EV chargers available!

The hotel itself was very clean and quiet and the staff was very pleasant.

Took hotel shuttle from SFO and we were unfamiliar with airport. It was pouring rain and visibility was poor. We waited near a shuttle stop, a few feet away from the Hotel shuttle stop. The driver did not slow down enough for us to see the writing on the van. We missed him the first time he went by and waited another hour for him to return.

Waiting in the rain for over an hour.

Ideales Hotel vor und nach einer Flugreise

Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Flughafen. Daher haben wir dieses Hotel vor und nach der Rundreise durch Kalifornien gebucht. Ein "amerikanisches" Frühstück war inklusive (Kafe, Tee, Milch, Joghurt, harte Eier und selbst hergestellte Waffeln). Der Frühstücksraum war sehr spartanisch (Zimmer mit Wandbrett als Tisch). Das Hotel liegt direkt an der 101. in den Räumen zur Straße ist es nachts schon recht laut. Beim zweiten Mal hatten wir ein Zimmer zum Hof. Dort war es angenehm ruhig. Das Personal war sehr nett.

Kahvaltı olması harika. Otopark çok rahat. Fiyat performans oteli.

Oda otoparka bakıyordu. Malesef içerisi uzaktan bakınca görünüyor. Odanın banyo lavabosunun içinde olması kötü olmuş.

Perfect location to rest after a long flight, very comfortable and affordable

Close to the airport and very quiet. Perfect for us to rest after a long flight. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff at reception are kind and helpful.

The breakfast was pretty terrible. Lots of sugary choices and well over boiled eggs that the yolks had gone grey. It was free, I would recommend getting something elsewhere if you don’t normally enjoy a sugary breakfast

Very close to the airport, and they provide a free shuttle great for staying near the airport for an early flight. Comfortable and clean. It was also surprisingly quiet in the area. The front desk was helpful and friendly.
