Not happy with the whole thing

I cancelled this reservation and I was told that I will get my money back due to my circumstances but there were nobody to help me after I message this site . I am beyond piss.

There were no communication between the booking staff and the hotel staff . I was bounced back and forth . I want my $660 back in my credit card .

Good option in this area

Good hotel in this area, especially in comparison to the other options. But nothing special. The staff is great!

Watch out for hidden charges on your cc

My flight was delayed and I needed a safe and quiet place to rest for the delay, this hotel did exactly that. However, I was quoted a certain price and my card was charged a different amount with zero explaination.

Not sure why I was charged $180 instead of $154??

Exceeded my expectations. Enjoyed my stay and will book with them again

It was clean, the staff was amazing, the bed was so comfortable even the hotel shampoo/conditioner was amazing. 10 out of 10

Too loud from airplanes all night

Close to the airport (a disadvantage as well)

High noise from airplanes all night (you won't fall asleep). Stupid airport shuttle booking (1 day in advance, what???) Old smoked through room.

We’d come back again if we returned to San Francisco.

The location by the airport was great with a easy to use shuttle available. The breakfast was incredible and we were very rested for our long international flight the next day.

Nothing wrong— everything was perfect!

in an emergency situation, cancelled flight, the Marriot was an oasis, clean and comfortable.

The desk was super helpful seeing as Booking . com did not forward the booking confirmation, they never receivrd it at the hotel, good thing I had it on my phone so they helped us.

Booking .com did nor reservation so we had to wait and do it another way at the hotel.t forwa

Superb

The hotel is located off the highway, but rooms overlooking the courtyard are quiet and very pleasant. The staff are wonderful and the location is perfect.

We sat at the tables outside the restaurant/reception area. For some bizarre reason, our food was served in cardboard boxes rather than on plates with cutlery. Wish they had asked us if it was take-away, because it wasn't supposed to be...

A great experience

I really liked the layout of my room and the fact it opened on to a lovely courtyard. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The free shuttle was much appreciated and it leaves every half hour.

There was a fair bit of noise from doors slamming but I was able to sleep with headphones + white noise :)
