Both location and staff were great. They serve the original Bonus Cream Pie for breakfast, which is most certainly a plus! The receptionist upgraded my room to a slightly bigger one, which I appreciate.
I booked very late, so I may have gotten not the best fare. Neverthless, I found it to be overpriced for what it's offering. It's a historical "old-school" hotel with great staff, but it's missing a bit of modern comfort.

We loved the location and the history! The staff was very accommodating and friendly, particularly the bellmen outside the front door. And of course, the kids loved the revolving door. :) They were a little upset we didn't experience anything ghostly! HA!
The room was very small, but I suppose rooms were smaller back then. The television was also extremely out of date, with a lot of static. My husband had to jiggle the tv so that we could see the image clearly enough.

Great location, classic style, great staff

Liked location and history of this hotel. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Restaurants were convenient and food was outstanding.
Bathroom was very small and needed update. Bathtub was chipped and needed replacement/repair. Bedroom a/c was very loud. Television was old and too small. Would have liked small refrigerator.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The location is ideal, as it’s right on the Freedom Trail. The hotel itself is cozy, beautifully decorated, and has everything you need for a great stay (including free bottled waters, which are a must in summer)! Not only is the hotel close to the major attractions, but it’s a piece of history itself - we were told a number of famous writers had stayed there and that JFK proposed to Jackie at their restaurant! Boston is an incredible city rich in history, and staying at the Boston Omni Parker truly elevated our experience.
Everything was excellent. I have no complaints.

Booking.com and the Parker House Hotel charged me extra because the room reservation was booked twice with my name on each reservation.

Perfect location, almost everything was within walking distance. Many shops, restaurants, pubs, and historic buildings nearby. The room was older, but nice.
The price was high, but not by Boston standards. Honestly, there wasn't anything I didn't like about this hotel.
3.5
The location was second to none. Staff extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived - Russell at the front desk was a wonderful ambassador for the hotel. We had breakfast in the hotel on our final morning and it was extremely good value, with exceptionally pleasant service - Guy and Jeff went to great lengths to ensure we had a wonderful experience.
The air conditioning was quite noisy and the bathroom was quite small and dated in decor

We liked the gift shop/coffee shop and
The Last Hurrah.
The hotel is historic, comfortable and so convenient.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
We would have liked a mini fridge in the room.

Centrale ligging (Beacon Hill)
Prima bedden

Beautiful historic hotel that is well maintained. Friendliness of the staff. Unbeatable location.
The mattress was sagging and very uncomfortable, I couldn't rest properly.

Location was excellent. Close to Boston Common and within walking distance of shops and restaurants.
Interior is dated and tired. Needs an upgrade. Corridors to bedrooms are slightly run-down looking. Bedrooms are fine but also needs an upgrade. While breakfast was good, there was no breakfast buffet - all table service.

Great location and history of the building itself
Check in was backed up but the line went quick. Mattress seemed to be worn and sank in middle

Didn’t eat anything.
They could have sat us at a different table if they wanted our business. Accommodated us.

Very nice hotel, a classic one, comfortable bed and pillows! No refrigerator in the room, it is an old hotel but very well-maintained; clean and nice staff; unfortunately we had to pay extra for parking.
Extra pay for parking.
It was difficult to leave the hotel without help with luggage.
Nothing else that we remember now
4.5
The location is excellent! It is about .5 miles (12 minute walk) or less to lots of eating options! I had booked this hotel because it was the most reasonably priced hotel in the area and I definitely wasn’t disappointed! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful…old but very clean. The staff was very friendly. It felt extremely safe.
When I checked in, they charged me for my entire stay +20% for incidentals. They didn’t tell me this when I checked in and then when I checked out, they said, I owed that same amount again. I wish they had informed me of this when I checked in and let me know that that I would be charged again when I checked out. It worked out exactly the price that I paid for online but it was very confusing. The only other complaint I have was that it was kind of loud. We could hear the people next to us talking. I don’t know if they were just talking really loud or if the walls are that but it was annoying.

Prestativos, atenciosos e dão as informações necessárias.

Room was clean and in good condition.
I am sick to death of resort fees. Create user fees or put it in the cost total of the room. It ought to be illegal to quote a price and then add to it.

Location was perfect and within walking distance of all of our destinations. Loved the architectural details and history of the property. Breakfast was very good with prompt and friendly service.
Bit of a wait for the elevator during busy times.

Historic appeal- architecture was fabulous!
thought that bath could use a place for toiletries even though it was listed as handicap accessible

The beautiful details on the decore in the common areas (holiday decorations, carpets, gorgeous elevator doors, history), friendly staff, and helpful concierge. We felt special receiving gifts for the kids and water when checking in, and a voucher for a complementary beverage. The hot cocoa bar was an overall trip high point for my kids (and a treat for the grownups to watch them enjoy a special holiday activity. The staff was very kind!
I was really surprised by the final price of our stay. I was not aware that so many fees/taxes were not included when I made the booking. It was a VERY nice hotel, and we had a good experience, but if that had not been the case or if I was on a tighter budget if would have been a real problem for us.

Service and food in both restaurants were rxcellent
The front desk both at check in and check out - really awful. Zero customer service, Nasty attitudes. We will not stay here again nor recommend to our family and friends who are coming in from out of town. Terrible experience!
2.5
Comfortable mattress
Tiny room, hot water didn't work the first night, elevators are terrible and we had to take stairs multipe times, and the hotel bar was always packed and there was a wait.

This was a beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. It was in the perfect walking distance to all the sites.
It was expensive compared to other cities.

The location was fabulous. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable.
The TV was angled because it was on the side of the bed. Not a big deal.
4.5
This is a old world hotel, with lots of space, comfortable seating in the reception/bar area and old world service.
So conveniently located we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go.
4.5
2.5
Location and history.
Everything was wrong. Room small, door attendant didn’t help open the door, furnishings are old outdated and worn out. Wallpaper in room is peeling off. Bed is worn out and too soft plus it leans head down! No mini bar or anything open to get a cocktail! Limited restaurant or room service time frames when open very unaccommodating for a traveling guest who needs something to drink and eat! Shabby, worn out overpriced overrated hotel! I don’t need a roll or pie to beg for I just want to feel elegant and pampered with a cocktail and nice snack or meal.?

The hotel is in a beautiful old building very good maintained, staff incredibly helpful and nice. Location perfect.
A bit expensive, but worth it.

The location was everything! The history of the hotel was why I booked it! The lobby was absolutely gorgeous!
We had a very late arrival and I had texted the staff letting them know I was to going to be late. I had no idea how late we were going to be. Anyways, I was charged a no-show fee and on top of that, the fridge I had requested, was not in our room once we arrived in the room. I also noticed that there was black mold or mildew in the grout in the shower. I had expected better quality and service from this establishment. It was still a nice stay overall though.
