Location and staff were agreat!

Location and restaurant was great!

No fresh air as windows didn’t open so the room was humid all the time towels wouldn’t dry.

Few issues with room but location and staff amazing, I will be returning!!

the location was perfect, very close to rodeo drive and all the shops and restaurants close by. the staff were wonderful. the hallways are decorated nicely. the location felt safe and there were always people around.

the first room we were put in was tiny and dark. we were staying for 2 weeks and there was barely any storage, a tiny wardrobe and hardly any surface space at all. not even room to open a suitcase properly. i also had asked for an upstairs room well in advance of my stay and we were allocated a downstairs room. however, half way through the trip the staff were able to change our room and it was so much better, much more room and upstairs. other down points were mainly room details - lighting didn’t work properly, not a plug on both sides of the bed, bathroom door didn’t shut properly.

Je me demandais comment un hôtel à rodéo drive pouvait être aussi peu cher, j'ai eu la réponse.

Excellent emplacement

Chambre minuscule, impossible de déplier la valise sans devoir la mettre sur le lit. J'étais seul et à l'étroit. Je n'imagine même pas à deux. Salle de bain horrible. L'eau ne coulait pas.

O quarto era bom e a localização é ótima, porém não vá lá! Se você é estrangeiro, vai utilizar seu cartão de débito para os depósitos calção, o dinheiro sai da sua conta e não tem previsão de retorno. Cobrança errada, evite preocupações desnecessárias!

They employ thiefs

Location - Great Ambience - Good Restaurant - Good Facilities - Good

So I am an avid traveller, a Level 3 Genus customer at Booking.com from where I made this booking and I have traveled to many parts of the world, both for work an leisure. My stay at Crescent beverly Hills by Sonder started off well, however, 2 things happened and one on the last day that completely ruined my otherwise pleasant experience at the hotel. I had requested my luggage to be put in store at the hotel after checking-out in the morning at 11 AM and was to collect it in the evening. So, in the evening I reach the hotel, pick up my stuff and left the hotel for my next destination, only to realise later that a substantial amount of cash that I had kept in my laptop bag was stolen. Now I understand the hotel will have the standard disclaimer about this, however, the hotel should also know that they have employed a THIEF at their hotel. I have stayed at Sonder properties before and have left my luggage behind numerous times in hotel store rooms across the world, but never ever have I had anything stolen. The theft, because it was significant amount, caused a lot of grief and problems during my trip let alone the emotional and mental stress and strain. Am very very disappointed to say the least.

Bien placé dans Beverley Hill. Literie agréable.

Le check in où il faut donner plein de renseignement et informations confidentielles. Le code d'entrée qui ne fonctionne pas (même avec la personne de l'hôtel qui a dû nous donner finalement un nouveau code ... tout ça pour ça ...) La chambre petite. La propreté relatif. La salle d'eau mal conçu. Le bruit dans l'hôtel : on entend les pas du voisin du haut ! La chasse d'eau des voisins .... bref ce n'est pas du tout isolé ...

Great Location would stay again.

Location was great especially being in Beverly Hills.

Rooms were small but were exactly as expected from all the reviews I had read. Also it was noisy, would request a room on the second floor if I stayed again as noise was coming from room above.

Nice hotel and friendly staff.

Room very small and it hot weather, the AC units are old and loud to sleep with! Parking using the valet is not good value for money as there are plenty of self park options nearby.

The building and rooms are a bit depressing, but the staff is above and beyond wonderful!

hands down, the staff are exceptional. The Lady who manages this place is doing an amazing job as well as everyone who works with her. They’re all so sweet and accommodating! they try to make your stay better every which way they can.

The rooms are, when I say ridiculous, I mean ridiculously small. I know not all of them are this way, but the one I was put in was tinyyyy, there’s no way more than 1 person could stay in that room, and for the price??? I’ve had rooms in Europe just as small but cheaper. I read about it in other reviews and I thought people were being dramatic, however they could not have been more correct. Also a light didn’t work over head, it made my room so so much darker! My friends and I were calling it my cave, because the window also just has a cement building beside it so there’s very little natural light… with restaurant employees that pass by you.. the location itself is probably best for tourists, if you’ve never been here or to this area I think you’d find it not bad… for myself since I’ve done everything touristy under the sun and try to avoid it now when possible this location just wasn’t for me. the building needs a lot of renovations and upkeep and I feel bad for the amazing staff that have to try and upkeep it because it seems like it’s just not worth it.

My stay was pleasant.

The help and support I received from all of the staff. They were personable, friendly, and very helpful.

The fact that there was no ice machine available. I had surgery; this was one of the recommended facilities from the surgical center. There was no ice; the refrigerator in the room had no freezer, and I needed to make ice packs.

Looks like a boutique hotel but it is not.

Good location. I was in a quiet room on the ground floor.

Really tiny room. Very few lights in the room, it was really dark. And the only main switch was by the entrance door. The fan in the bathroom was extremely loud and was automatically on when you switched the bathroom light. The decoration makes you believe this is a boutique hotel but it is not really up to the standards. Having said that the price was fair compared to other hotels in the area. You get what you paid for.

First floor room allowed for the employees using the alley to be right outside our window; therefore-little privacy. Also, the site advertises a large communal lounge area. There is no common area with the matching pictures provided on the website.

affordable way to stay in Beverly Hills. compromise on room size and amenities.

great location in Beverly Hills. lots of affordable parking garages nearby (civic center on weekends free).

lights in room didn’t work, was dark. the AC unit was not very good, we woke up quite hot in the evenings. no complimentary water in room, have to walk to lobby. room very tiny.

overall it is good value for money staying in the heart of Beverly Hills. The decor is amazing.

the location was great and very accessible to everything by walking distance. Great restaurants nearby

There was no heating in the room at all. The air vent had to be shut as when we arrived the room was freezing and you can not control the heating in the room. The room was quite small and didn't have much room to put our bags

Excellent location, absolutely brilliant, can’t beat that. Friendly staff. Aesthetically pleasing inside and outside.

Location is king esp if you want to stay in 90210, so this hotel is defo a winner. A few improvements however necessary - rooms’ tiny (which again is fine for the location) but why would you have/need a fridge? get rid to have more space. Sink water didn’t drain. Would be nice to have a luggage storage for guests as any other hotel would do. Even when you’re married, some things are best left private - a door rather than a curtain for the bog would help.

I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the facilities and services provided by Sonder The Crescent. The water pressure in my room was too low to take a shower. When I brought this to the attention of the receptionist (who's wearing glasses), he seemed dismissive of my concerns and suggested that it was due to the number of guests using the water in the morning. He even went as far as suggesting that "no one is taking a shower in the evening", which I found to be rude and ridiculous. I traveled from London to LA for 11 hours, and I wanted to take a shower at 5 pm, upon my arrival. Is there anything wrong with that??? The heating system in my room was not functioning properly either. The room remained cold throughout my stay, so I was unable to sleep comfortably. In addition to the heating issue, the sink in the bathroom was blocked, making it extremely difficult to use. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.

Great location and value for money.

The hotel is in a great location - easily accessible by car or public transport. The hotel room was small, but perfectly clean and safe. Beds were very comfortable. The staff we met were very friendly.

The first night the room was a bit too warm and we found it hard to figure out the air conditioning, but other than that we had no complaints.
