Perfect family vacation. Loved the location.

Location was perfect! Loved the close proximity to main attractions in Old Quebec. Amazing view of charming back street from our room and St Laurent from the roof deck. Property owner was extremely responsive and helpful.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Only improvements could be to add a guest information notebook with some additional instructions about trash, recycling etc. There isn’t much privacy, but that wouldn’t deter us from renting here again. The layout maximizes the space.

In spite of all the stairs we had a lovely time.

Good location. Very happy with all the nearby restaurants. Quebec City is beautiful & zoo clean! Everyone was friendly & helpful in spite of our being primarily anglophones. I do wish that somewhere in your listing you had mentioned all the stairs. We loved the loft accommodation but the stairs were very hard for my husband who has some mobility issues. The furnishings were excellent but the mattresses were not.

Mattresses. A night table ( but I don’t know how you could fit one in.

Overall…very clean and nice location.

The location was SUPER!!! Loved the local pub Belly’s? with live entertainment, close to the museum and restaurant Pettigrew!!! Lovely art galleries about and short uphill walk to upper area re: Frontenac.

A few coffee filters would have been nice so not to have to go buy a whole box.

Excellent and clean home away from home during pandemic

VERY clean apartment with all pots, pans, utensils needed. A powder room and a full bathroom makes a four person stay very comfortable. Convenient parking very easily accessible. Not an issue, but there is no elevator so that is something to consider if you can't do four flights of stairs. It is an open loft style apartment so the beds are separated by a bathroom and curtain. An huge improvement over two queen beds in one hotel room, but not the same as completely separate bedrooms with their own doors. I look forward to booking here again. Thank you!!

We have no complaints, whatsoever. Travelling during covid requires so much more to think about and having a very clean apartment where we could get take out or groceries and eat in, cook, and avoid crowds was so great.

Great stay

Everything! It is a nice appartment. Great Location. I would go back anytime

We only had one chanel on the tv and we didn't know how to fix it. the foyer wasn't working. We called them, then, we asked the cleaning lady to help. She was nice, she tried and called again for someone to come. We never saw anyone and the problem was never fixed.

Amazing place in the great location and the most beautiful rooftop! Perfect for 4 people

It’s not that I don’t like it but there is no elevator so be prepare to carry your lagging to the 4th floor and the street is under construction so a little bit of noise is coming from there

What an amazing stay!

The location was excellent with lots of great restaurants around the property and wishing a short walk from the Old Quebec. Having two bathrooms is an added bonus, very nice ambiance and well decorated.

The TV should be working with satellite or Netflix options. Had we known we would’ve brought a tablet with us

Overall, a truly enjoyable experience.

Generally, the facilities were excellent. The location was superb, as it was extremely close to the old town.

The mattresses were too soft, for our liking. The fan in the downstairs bathroom wasn't working (or, at least, not working efficiently). The (public) parking across the street wasn't properly explained (i.e. I paid for overnight parking the first night, via the automated payment system, as we arrived later than anticipated; however, never saw an attendant that evening or any day after we arrived). I'm still not sure whether parking was included in our nightly room rate or whether I was supposed to speak to, and pay, someone in the parking facility.

Superb

Great little property in a great location. Neat little loft style apartment. Near the water. Close to everything very walkable location.

Beds not overly comfortable but decent. Just know it’s a 4 story walk up with no elevator and after a day of going between upper and lower Quebec it’s hard at the end of the day!
