Comfortable

The staff was really nice and took care the only issue we had there, and did it immediately! The mattress was the best, most comfortable mattress we have ever had in a hotel. We slept great every night!

It was confusing to get into the parking lot at first. Once we found the entrance it was fine after that.

NOTHING!! THERE IS NOTHING TO LIKE I NEED MY FULL REFUND BACK .

EVERYTHING IS OUTDATED AND HORRIBLE, STAINS EVERYWHERE ON THE FLOOR. MILDEW & MOLD IN ROOMS. BROKEN LOCKS ON DOORS. CRACKHEADS & STRANGERS ROAMING AROUND BREAKING IN CARS. DO NOT I REAPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOU GUYS HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!! DO NOT!!!!!

Acceptable facilities

Extremely poor service. Most of the staff did not speak English. My room was not serviced on two days out of my four day stay. Reception did not answer the phone. Had to go down and literally shout at the empty reception to get someone to come so I could ask for a clean towel and some coffee

Chair Dirty n Microwave Did Not work. Then when I told shift manager they told me I had to wait..for 2dsys..then I checked out. Then I was charged for or a room when I checked out.. I know have to pay insufficient funds fee when I was not even at the hotel...

Disappointing

Two staff members, morning shift and night shift front desk clerks (females) were very friendly and very helpful. Jewelisa was our shining star. She went above and beyond in helping with our room troubles and the ice machine. I finally got ice on the second night. She even moved us to another room for our second night which was a handicap assessible room.

The check-in (male) was not very helpful. He said the handicap assessible room we requested was not available. He gives us a room that was occupied and then he finally found another room for us. In that room the toilet didn't work (flushed but wouldn't dispose the waste. There was no ice so informed the male clerk but he did not do anything.

For the price it's was ok

Bed, pillows, and covers super comfortable and warm

Seriously needs new toilet seat. It's was so horrible and old. The room needs to also be updated but appreciated the cleaningness and how comfortable the bed was.
