Great property, location and helpful staff. We had an exceptional stay. The hotel staff could not have done more to make this a great stay.

Mooi hotel. Fijne kamer. Sterke douche, groot bed. Ligging goed.
Bad erg laag.

Beautiful property, excellent service for check-in, check-out, and valet parking, and great room

The beds were mostly comfy but the pillows were not good. Also you cannot beat the location
The staff checking us in would not allow my son (a child) to use the bathroom when I asked because "we weren't registered guests yet". He said we had to go through the registration process before my child who had to go to the bathroom badly after travelling 4 hours could use it. I thought that was totally ridiculous and not hospitable at all. DO BETTER!

The hotel is beautiful inside. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful.
For the price we expected more. Shower faucets were loose. It wasn’t the shower pictured in the room we picked. The breakfast buffet for $27 was not good. powdered eggs, sausages were way over cooked. Just nothing special about our stay. It’s supposed to be the best hotel in Pittsburgh so kind of expected more. Honestly we had better experiences for less money.

Historic. Beautiful. Terrific and accommodating staff.

Large room, comfortable beds, friendly and efficient staff
Coffee was terrible in room. You should consider going to Nespresso like the Hilton. No microwave but there was a fridge. Description said bath robes in room but there weren’t any.

whilst i could write extensively delineating the many positives we experienced during out delightful stay, perhaps summing up would be telling enough; most sincerely, everything was great: the staff were especially helpful, courteous, and professional while still being personable; this speaks volumes about great customer service, which is always of great relief and pleasure to customers; the food from the hotels restaurants was always suburb too; and while this organization/company has numerous locations, the location -- both logistically for getting around the city of pittsburgh on foot and the building's actual architecture -- added enormously to our positive appreciation for our stay. please know we will most definitely be coming back soon and staying again and when we do, we will not even be looking at any other locations for our stay! many thanks and much appreciation, and with all best to staff and administration, most sincerely, geoffrey.
truly, cannot think nor remember a single thing i would change, from the stellar treatment by staff and restaurants, to the location and many options afforded guests; excellent all around! and please trust me (us), were any 'dislikes' found or even felt, we most certainly would not hold back in telling you for not only do we review venues around the world for two travel publications (a fact we did not mention to anyone during our stay nor ever do), we also believe the only way towards making companies better, especially those in the hospitality industry, is to apprise those with the authority to change things of any issues we feel should be addressed towards making their enterprises, properties, and staffs attractive, enduring, and efficient should be conveyed clearly and directly. we also feel -- when deserved, as the case is here -- that positive reviews are great towards shoring up confidence among all involved.

Location was nice. Close to both Penguins and Steelers. Staff was nice.
One we paid over 600.00 for a full size bed. Room was rediculasly small. Bathroom area could fit one person and no more. So if 2 people need to get ready forget it. Mold in bathroom. I use to stay here with Oakland Raiders and NFL. This place was top notch. Worth every penny. Not any more could be one of the most iver priced over rated hotels in Pittsburgh. I would expect so much more from an Omni hotel. We made about 7 different messages about our room and was told a manager would reach out. However, as of this message 11/3 our stay was 10/14-15. We still have not been called about our stay.
I WILL make sure I mention this experience at the next NFL meeting and assure our family, friends and team will stay at a different hotel moving forward.
Very Disappointed...

The location was great. Bell hop was great. That was about it for this place.
One we paid over 600.00 a night for a motel 6 type of room. There was mold on the caulking in the bathroom. The bathroom was sooo small 2 people couldn't fit in it. The beds were not comfortable and pretty much was up majority of the time. We tried to reach out to complain but was never given any options to move or discount our stay. We reached out when we checked out and was assured we would have a follow up call. As of this message I still haven't recieved a call.
This place used to be one 9f my favorite hotels in Pittsburgh. However, after this experience I will NEVER reccomend this place to anyone. I used to stay here with NFL. But this place has not been updated by the looks since the 40's.
You can stay at 25 better hotels at a 5th of the cost. And I will definately write a letter to Omni hotels.
