Rooms were so big. We had a suite with an adjoining room and combined it had to have been 1000 sqft.
Staff was wonderful.
I got a steak from room service that was not cooked properly. They took it off the charge without question and I have since received emails from two different people apologizing for the trouble.
Wonderful place.
The building is old and has been redone, but the plumbing is still rickety. You can hear the pipes bang in the walls.
Its really not a legitimate complaint. Just an observation. We enjoyed our stay.

This was the best hotel ever it was my boyfriends birthday and they brought him up some cookies! Everything was beautiful and so clean the lady at the front desk was so nice!

Loved the aesthetic. The room decor was great, the pillows were amazing, the shower was really neat. Loved the staff! Everyone was so energetic and friendly.
The location was ok. But with all the construction and the side road, we had to go past the hotel twice just to get valet access because the front of the hotel was so congested. The rooftop bar was neat but realllly small. Would have loved more room.

The commoner was good. But it would’ve been nice to have coffee maker and mini bar in room and 24 hour room service.
No mini bar, no coffee maker no 24 hour room service

super friendly staff, hotel laid out nicely, parking close by, clean and inviting
Not a fan of the food offerings for breakfast and happy hour, but it’s free and people seem to love free stuff!

The staff was amazing and helped us with everything we needed. Room comfortable and loved the dog-friendly atmosphere.
We've been to the restaurant many times in the past but the current menu/chef is not flexible and not very vegetarian-friendly. We'll definitely stay at the hotel again but not eat at the restaurant.

We were in town on Easter to visit our daughter who attends the University of Pittsburgh. The hotel is trendy and gorgeously decorated. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We were in walking distance to many restaurants and the restaurant and bar at the hotel was very fun and delicious. They have a free happy hour every night which was a lot of fun! We loved this hotel!

Nice location, hotel looked nice.
Paid 500 for the room, the walls were dirty, curtains were dirty, the tub had hair in it, tub was spraying water everywhere. Arrived half an hour before check in, waited almost an HOUR past check in for our room to be done. Talked to management about this already, called me right away to fix problem. I expected so much more for the price I paid, I took my wife for a night away from the kids and this was not the night I wanted.

It was very nicely decorated, not your typical hotel decor but more boutique.
We had a corner king room. It was on the third floor. The entire night we heard the crosswalk go off which was extremely loud. The shower water was room temp at best.

We loved the atmosphere and the staff. The rooms were very nice and personal instead of the typical "hotel feeling". We really liked the hotel and the staff. The bed was so comfortable. It was near the PPG paints arena and we were in Pittsburgh because of Pittsburgh penguins hockey.
One day they forgot to clean our room so when we went down and asked for new towels, the reception would send up the cleaning staff but after two hours we had to call down and ask for the towels again because no one had brought any. Only then did we get them. Also ordered room service and wrote that all three starters had to be vegetarian but the soup came with bacon sprinkled over it. Luckily, I saw it because of a slightly larger piece of bacon.. if everything had been equally finely chopped, I probably would have thought it was something else and eaten. Would also love if the breakfast was included.

The decor was great and our dogs were accepted graciously. The parking/valet was prompt and courteous, and we were accommodated well.
The room temp was a little warm and we weren’t able to get the temp to come down, and the bar closed early. The front desk didn’t have tums and we would have liked to have a coffee pot in the room.

we loved the property! absolutely gorgeous hotel inside and out
Our neighbours in the room beside us had a dog and barked the majority of the time we were there during the day and also the dog barked periodically during the night which kept waking us up. They were in the room right beside us which also happened to be connected to us via adjoining doors in the room so it was very easy to hear
