The breakfast needs to include grits or potatoes along with eggs and meat.

The location was perfect, the staff are amazing, and the room was good.
My bathroom wasn’t super clean. Definitely needs a good scrub.

We were stranded due to a cancelled flight. We were happy to have a clean bed and shower. Rate was high though.
Hotel wasn’t the cleanest I would have liked. Also, we arrived at 10pm exhausted from the airport. It would have been nice to have more garb and go items items available at the late hour.

The room was clean . The complimentary breakfast was good . Had multiple options. Close to the airport. The shuttle transported us to and from the airport.

The bathrooms were dirty (coffee stain on the wall, dirt in the corners of the tub) and there was a grey stain on one of the sheets

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport as well as shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was a let down. There was a shortage of bread and bagels. The waffle batter machines were both broken and it was difficult to find anyone to keep things stocked.

our first night was fantastic. clean, comfortable, my kids loved the pool.
our second night there was a bunch of hockey kids there. the were very loud very late, yelling and screaming. running up and down the halls. someone I spoke with at breakfast said they kept knocking on her door and running. they were unsupervised and absolute monsters in the pool.

The up-charge for New Year's Eve (even though the hotel was basically empty because of the Buffalo blizzard) was ridiculously high. We checked out to stay with family (ugh). We would have stayed had the price been reasonable.
