The only thing I liked about the place was that it was just a 3 minute drive to the airport and the food of the restaurant inside the hotel . The hotel itself was outdated , nasty , the rooms were super dirty . I had to file a complaint and a negative review on google in order to have my issue address by management. They gave me a room that had mold on the bed sheets , the curtains and there was pubic hair on the toilet and the bathtub . If it wasn't raining and If I was not with my family , I would have slept inside the car instead. It was that horrible . It is nothing like in the pictures or the advertising video they promote on their site. If you have very low standards , then this might be the place for you to stay .

My daughter is only 18 but they made an exception to let her check in (usually it is 21) she was not able to get to her dorm due to lake effect snow, the fact that they let her check in and stay was amazing or she should have been stranded

Our stay was pretty good. Although we were only there to sleep We did as the Buffalo do, roam..Visit family for the holiday. I know I was supposed to keep it a secret, but I Love Buffalo! It was the perfect holiday #thanksgiving #2024

I booked this hotel because of all the awesome reviews on Hotels.com and was left wondering “did we all stay at the same place??” The thermostat in our room did not work so it was very stuffy, the bathtub drain would not drain so we showered ankle high in water, the bed felt like they thrifted it off the side of the road. Service at the Bar & Grill was abysmal, and I don’t mean slow, I mean the bartenders and servers were outright rude and it was clear they did not want to be there. They advertise an airport shuttle so you can imagine our confusion when we stood at the pickup point for 25 minutes on hold with the front desk trying to request a pickup.

The hotel needs to train their staff in how to greet guests. The woman who was unable to check me in, despite the fact that I had the confirmation email and the confirmation number, never looked up from her phone or her screen. When her supervisor finally arrived to sort things out, neither was capable of saying, “Sorry about the delay/mixup!” When they finally got my room sorted, after a half hour, no explanation was offered for the difficulty. I understand mistakes being made. It’s just always a good idea to greet the customer, and apologize for any goofs. It won’t hurt!

Very friendly staff, close to airport, has shuttle service which was convenient, restaurant on-site, bed was comfortable. Only down side was bathroom was not that clean and needed towels ( called front desk and they were brought promptly).

The hotel was very outdated but was ok. I was fine until I saw there was a strip of wall paper in the bathroom between the door and the bathtub/shower that was just hanging. There was mold covering the wall behind/around the strip and on the strip. There was also trash and old food under the edges of the beds.

AMAZING! Debra at the front desk was professional , very pleasant and let us check in very early so we could go tour Buffalo. Hotel is remodeled and clean. Highly recommend. You get 10% off at the onsite restaurant for dinner and for breakfast at the Olympic diner across the street.

As expected, it was very noisy, starting at 5am with airplanes from the airport taking off every 15 minutes. I brought my "white noise" machine with me for this very issue, but it didn't help because the planes are so low it is impossible to cover up the sound. If your plan is to sleep in, bring anything and everything you can think of to drown out noise. Coffee in the lobby area was always "burnt" tasting. No washcloths were provided, just hand towels and small bath towels. So, bring your own.

this stay was just “ok”. the pictures online are of all renovated rooms. the property was going through a renovation during a stay, and of course we had the old run down rooms. however, the courtyard was very nice, with a restaurant, bar, outdoor games. very close and convenient to the airport.

On arriving at the hotel, nothing like as presented on-line. More a 2-star Motel than a 3-star Hotel. The room looked clean on the surface but old and this was the better room in the Hotel. The staff were friendly but a large gathering in the lobby made me feel as though I was intruding on a carnival in progress. People were selling trinkets and souvenirs and celebrating. There were several large groups in the hotel. On the other hand, it was the cheapest option for the close to the airport.

We had a great experience at this property. We had everything we needed in the room and at the hotel. In addition to the excellent service and amenities, the restaurant has a great bar with fantastic food and beer. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who flies to Buffalo.

Being close to the airport would definitely be noisy. Was my first time choosing a hotel so close. Otherwise had a good experience but the dark brown carpet was definitely not vacuumed to the corners.

Although starting to show it's age, the room was very clean and well appointed. Comfortable large bed, with fridge, microwave and coffee maker right in the room. Saw a great singer in the attached restaurant the night we were there.

When I arrived at the hotel they gave me a room that was dirty, covered in blood everywhere. I called the receptionist and she told me that I had to wait maybe two more hours because the cleaning lady was busy cleaning other rooms when in reality my room should be a priority because I had already arrived at the property and had already paid for the room.
