Beautiful area of Denver - very close to my work. Great staff!!
I would like more choices on the menus.
4.1
The facility had plenty of meeting space to enjoy drinks and conversation
Breakfast wasn’t included
4.1
no experience
I was cancelled and charged for the no show day as well as days 2 and three without a chance to take the late check-in

The property was beautiful
Sheets were a little worn. They used a top sheet for the bottom sheet so it kept pulling up during the night. A/C wasn't great. Had to put it down to 63 to get the room comfortable.

Clean! it allowed pets. It was convenient in a classy location with tons of stuff to do on site!! The front desk was professional, personable, laid back and friendly!!
I was not allowed to leave my dog unattended in the room nor could I take her to the pool and they didn’t have an area I was allowed to leave her. I had to pay an extra $75 a night with no refund for my fur baby to stay with us. The people that worked at the star bucks WERE AWFUL. The first guy did not know how to make coffee, burnt the crescents but at least he tried and was friendly!! The Second Lady did not know how to make coffee either, and she was RUDE! She should not be working in customer service period! We ordered room service and instead of having it delivered, we went to pick it up at the bar on the first floor. The food was delicious, however, they did not give us one single napkin and we had ordered wings (very messy) And no silverware or plates or any utensil what so ever. Other than that I give it 9 STARS and it was amazing!!

View and location
Staff wasn’t very welcoming. Only person who was , was the front lady that checked me in when she saw me waiting in line while the other front desk staff just ignored me.

my room was still dirty. the pool was cold when we were told it was heated. they don’t sell milk in the store (traveled with a toddler). self parking was minimal for the size of the hotel.

We liked our 5th floor room and enjoyed the comfortable bed and roomy bathroom with the perfect weight towels.
We did not like being charged $15 per night for parking. Ridiculous!

well appointed hotel and checkin was helpful in booking all our guest rooms together on the same floor near each other
Horribly noisy room fan kept me awake each night - even with earplugs
