Cleanliness of the room.
Responsiveness of staff to problem which overshadowed all the positives

I was given a handicap room that had good hot water and a rub.
Nice they had a bar and food. And good breakfast. Close to walking distance to the best sushi restaurant and great nail place.
I f found a baby bottle and an empty ware bottle under my bed.. so maids should probably check under beds when vacuuming.

It has great facilities, room was clean and has a great TV. Wifi speed was great, It is a ver good choice if you are traveling for Business. Fitness center was great
I am not sure what it was, but the bed was not comfortable as supposed to. I think it was the mattress out of shape, but not sure.

Fabulous! At check in, the associate oriented me to the area, telling me how to find FedEx, Starbucks, and the Denver light rail. The rooms are newly remodeled, with guest convenience in mind. Materials used are eco friendly, and beautiful. Lobby features work stations. Quite likely one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed at.
Cannot imagine anyone would dislike anything about this lovely place

Remodel being done. Nothing was mentioned about a major renovation

We loved the living room aspect.
Nothing really!

Cleanliness and courtesy is always important when selecting a place to stay. Location was also good.
There was one person handling breakfast which was quite a bit for the one person. There were a couple of players from 2-softball teams and quite a few guests waiting. Some guests left without breakfast.

We have stayed many times in Hyatt hotels and had good experiences until this disaster.
We stayed at this property the week before this reservation and we’re really disappointed that no mention of the renovation taking place. The registration area was very inconvenient since it was at the back of the hotel and the breakfast area was very spartan. The room was so cold when we checked in we where unable to get it comfortable all night and no additional blankets were available. We tried to cancel or reschedule this non refundable room but wasn’t even given the courtesy of a reply so we simply forfeited the $198 charge. I’m sure it doesn’t matter to Hyatt. but we won’t be staying in these hotels in the future

the only good thing I can truly say was the space in the room that fit a family of 5.
Where do I start… When I booked this property, I was told that the renovation and construction of it would be done beginning of May. When we arrived, there was construction all in the front, there was no direction or anything telling us where to go. what door to check in or anything. The whole Make Shift front desk and breakfast area was absolutely disgusting. we checked in around 2pm and there was still breakfast food and plates. the Elevators were totally sketchy and sometimes both weren’t even working as they had shut them down to do the hallway tiles. The pool wasn’t even open for our children to enjoy, which was a main reason we booked this hotel. Yes, we could use the sister hotel that was 5 minutes away. but what a hassle with 3 kids and then to walk in and as for permission for them to open the door. come on! During our stay, they never restocked our room with towels or toilet paper or even cleaned it. We had to go down to ask for fresh towels each day.
Totally Mislead on this whole stay! very disappointed!

Room was big and updated. Windows looked updated as well. Flooring was nice. breakfast was ok.
Booking.com said that the Hotel was being renovated, but I didn't expect such an odd entry. With allot of the amenities that are listed that the hotel had were closed. Laundry, indoor pool and a fitness center, Gallery Market restaurant or the grocery/convenience store, but yet the room was priced with all those amenities in mind. Would have been real nice to have been notified that they were not available. I would have chosen to stay somewhere else. Then to have paid the normal price with those amenities part of the price and not available. I am a business owner and our service is what keeps people coming back. Really soured me on staying at a Hyatt.

Under construction and almost impossible to find the entrance. Once inside, the place felt super ghetto. I was embarrassed that I booked here.

location
We were unaware of the extensive renovations and were disappointed with the mess and inconvenience with check in and breakfast area. Also our room was so cold we were unable to get it warm enough at bedtime and had no blanket . Very uncomfortable and cold night. We have another reservation for June 6 that is non refundable so I guess we will have no choice but to suffer the same problem since it’s not possible to cancel

New rooms are nicely renovated.
Most of the hotel property is currently under renovation and does not provide advertised amenities. Lacking amenities were offered at the Hyatt Regency, a 17 minute walk from this property.

Location
Under renovation, but we weren't aware until we arrived. At check-in, they should have notified us that the pool was closed. Our room was dusty. The shower door had a huge dead bug smashed on it. We checked in late and were exhausted, or we would have gone elsewhere. We had reservations for 2 nights but only stayed one...
There weren't blankets, sheets, or pillows for the sofa bed....luckily, we had our own.

The staff was very nice
The lobby was under construction so there was no where to get together with our family. Had we known we would have stayed elsewhere

the place allows dogs but… the night agent questioned my dog ( she rudely came to me asking me if my dog was a cat) I later asked my husband to go and request house cleaning as we haven’t had house cleaning service for 8 days… The night agent then said oh your the one with the dog to him he replied yes I have a dog so do 5 others in the building and then she she went and asked what are you going to the dog when house keeping comes he replied we won’t be here we have to work… frankly we never had an issue until tonight with this night agent not sure if she doesn’t appreciate customers… hopefully when we come back again she won’t be working here again. 5-15-2023 @ 7:30 pm

The location was great.
I didn't like that we were not notified of it being remodeled. We had to walk around the building to check in. The hotel was dirty from dust from work being done. We were woken up to construction noise on the floor under us. Elevator and pool area were dark and dirty with debris from remodel.

staff was friendly and apologetic
entire main level was under construction. could not drive up to from where the overhang to park so my 85 year old mother had to go outside in rain to get in our car. Hotel did not tell us about construction ahead of time. nor did booking site. They did not have regular cleaning services either so her room was never cleaned during her stay and had to keep requesting items like towels, TP, etc. breakfast area was relocated and crowded into small space by makeshift front desk and near construction area so didn’t seem very sanitary. water from rainstorm were leaking inside also due to construction!

Location is nice for the DTC area. Staff was very friendly and seem like they cared. Lobby was not the best layout but we understand it is going be remodeled.
Food was marginal. Coffee was terrible. Everyday it was different and it was weak. Manager said they had gotten NEW coffee and didn't know how to much to put in. Very bad that staff can't make coffee!
Fruit and frozen fruit was not good. poor quality.
The hotel is being remodeled and we were NOT in a remodeled room. The air conditioner was barely functional and very loud. The room was "tired and old" and needed a facelift.
Very disappointed that a hotel like this would charge for parking. I will not stay here again just because of the parking change. No value in it, just another way to charge a fee.
