We were very kindly received by Susan. She showed us around the apartment, explained everything and pointed out the respective rules that apply to the rooms. However, these are also available again in written form for reference (no shoes in the apartment, pull the curtain for showering until the end, turn on the ventilation in the bathroom, lower the pleated blinds in front of the windows during the day ...).
The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need. The location to Whistler and the trails in the area is good. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance.
The view of the mountain from the living room window is wonderful. Since the pleated blinds have to be lowered during the day (because of the heat), you can only enjoy the view in the evening and in the very early morning hours. This was a great pity.
During the day it was a good 25 degrees, despite lowered pleated blinds it has heated up in the apartment, so we sweated at night. The fan did not help, especially on the second night, when we should not leave the windows open at night because of the expected rain. Perhaps an air conditioner would be helpful.

Lovely quiet area, Easy walk on quiet footpaths and through residential area to shops and restaurants. We were recommended to go to the Pony for a meal which we would also recommend. Well equiped kitchen.

the location and the comfy bed
where to start, so the host greater us by telling us how bad other guests had been and what they had broken, we know leaving this not great review will result in a abusive response based on others, we had booked the apartment so our family could call and visit for coffee etc rather than a hotel room which is our usual accommodation. the rules did say no children and we did not have children staying but our granddaughter did come for a visit (the reason for our trip), she was with us at the time we checked in, the host said nothing about this and instead of coming and speaking to us asking if we would go out with the toddler sent a message asking us to leave via booking.com. we had not broken the rules but left anyway. My niece has bought us the 2 night stay she did not get any refund. I can’t wait to see the rude response we will get but we also won’t leave inaccurate feedback. we use booking.com alit as a family in fact my niece from the UK has just stayed for 2 weeks here in accommodation booked on the site. we have never had issues before and no host has ever raised concerns.

Susan (the host) was super friendly and accommodating. Had a lot of good suggestions for food and the place was very spacious and had everything I needed! Was a wonderful and restful stay :) There was also easy access to town, walking trails, close to a lake/park. Overall great stay!
Nothing, it was totally fine. Nothing to complain about :)

Beautifully furnished, quiet location.
We only stayed one night, so can’t say much more. For what we needed, it was great. View is beautiful.

This property really is everything you could possibly need to enjoy an affordable and super comfortable stay in Pemberton! The views out the window are heartbreakingly beautiful (seriously, I just couldn't get used to our front-row seats to Mount Currie). The apartment comes with all the necessities and luxuries for a fully catered stay, as well as detailed instructions by the owners on how to work everything. The bed was as big as a cruise ship and equally as comfortable. HUGE bonus: proximity to "downtown Pemberton" makes it easy to walk into and out of town for meals and shopping.
My only conceivable quibble is that there wasn't covered parking and so my car utterly ROASTED in the daytime heat. Having said that, BC was in the middle of a heat wave and so I could hardly expect much else.
Just a little friendly travel advice: there are heaps of mosquitoes in Pemberton so take bug-spray! Also, it can get mighty windy in the day/afternoon so keep an eye on the forecast!
