I ended up not staying.

Great location, fair rate

Scant staffing, very few people around. The room seemed ok at first but had moldy odor and peeling furniture. No offering of hot beverages that I could find in the lobby, so I believe I paid about $7 for a cold drink and chips. After spending about an hour in the room I began to wheeze and sneeze. Went down to the lobby to ask for a new room, and was not greeted by anyone. There were people sitting outside the front door but I felt uncomfortable because I didn’t know who was staff and who wasn’t. There was a generally “unsafe” feeling with people hanging around in the back parking lot and at the entrance. Since I had my bag packed thinking I would change rooms, I decided to leave and make the 5 hr drive home. Wasted money.

Friendly staff, welcoming environment, clean. Continental breakfast was exceptional. Pool area was very hot and chlorine

The price was great. The pool and hot tub were very clean and relaxing. The breakfast was enjoyable

The room had a weird smell at first. Got used to it quick. The wardrobe smelt musty and the mini fridge was inside it, I didn’t like that at all. Didn’t use it.

The breakfast was good had variety for you to pick. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN. HALLWAYS QUIET GOOD. THE AREA OF THE HOTEL IN GOOD LOCATION. STAFF WAS REALLY FRIENDLY, SWEET AND HELPFUL. I WILL RECOMMEND IT TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY. I WILL COME BACK. THE STAFF HELPS YOU WITH DIRECTIONS AND RECOMMEND PLACES TO FO NEAR BY THAT WAS REALLY HELPFUL PLIS THEY HAVE FLIERS THAT TELLS YOU MORE.

The pool hours to change. My husband and I went out to the attractions and was coming back like around 11pm the pool was already closed we did not have the chance to enjoy ourselves in the pool. Which is sad because people go on vacation yo have fun and relax. The pool should not have time limitations specially if Noone goes in the pool in the morning knowing that they have to see attractions out of the Hotel and the attractions are far from the hotel.

I really enjoyed ny time here, can't wait to go back, for ladies night!!

The hotel was super clean, nice, the pool and hot felt great, clean. The beds were super cozy. The staff was excellent! The price was also very nice, this hotel was on the cheaper side, so I was a bit worried of what I was going to get. But I will be staying here again with the family. Location is great, food places and things to do all over.

The breakfast was the only down fall. It wasn't the worst I've tasted but I definitely was not the best. The fruit salad although was fresh and delicious.

still better than staying home for a Spring Break!

This is a good dog-friendly hotel for an affordable visit to Niagara Falls. Staff is friendly, there is a microwave in the hallway and a little fridge in the room, and in general breakfast space is always available. Hotel is clean. Hot breakfast is served every morning, with sausages, eggs, hard-boiled eggs, pastry, juice and waffles. A huge shopping area with a variety of restaurants is just within 15 min walking. Pool was very nice. Beds are very comfortable.

As I said, this is a hotel for a budget stay, and expectations should be set low. Homeless people live just across the street from hotel in the woods. Trick drivers and construction workers relax in this hotel and you can smell this in the elevators. Many people start their cigarettes while walking outside the building. Hot tub was broken the whole time when we stayed there. One morning there was no coffee in the coffee-maker and it just poured lightly colored water out but Staff resolved it eventually. There is no daily housekeeping, unless you request it in the morning at the front desk. Air ventilation in the bathroom is not very efficient either.
