Charmantes Hotel direkt am Ocean Drive. Miami Feeling pur!

Sehr schönes charmantes Hotel direkt am Ocean Drive. Super Lage, viele Restarants und bar im direktem Umfeld, 3 Minuten zum Strand! Sehr nettes Personal und ein besonderes Flair, da das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist (nicht negativ gemeint). Wlan klappt super, Parkplätze würden wir eher wieder im Umfeld im Parkhaus nehmen (2 Straßen entfernt). Handtücher und Liegen könnten übers Hotel am Strand genutzt werden, Schirm kostet allerdings extra. Insgesamt eine schöne Erfahrung!

das Essen und die Cocktails im hauseigenem Restaurant war ok, aber für die Preise deutlich überteuert. Ausblick von unserem Zimmer war direkt auf eine Hauswand, damit konnten wir aber leben.

Bel hôtel, super emplacement

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour son emplacement qui correspondait à nos attentes La chambre était tout à fait conforme à la description (taille et équipements) La salle de bains en revanche était trop peu éclairée, et difficile à ventiler Nous avons bien apprécié : 1) la décoration en général 2) l'efficacité du double vitrage dans ce quartier très animé jusque tard dans la nuit 3) le verre offert entre 16h et 18h, même s'il n'y avait pas vraiment de choix (rosé ou cocktail maison) 4) la réduction de 20% sur les repas et boissons 5) le transat sur la plage offert (attention le parasol est en supplément, à 20 $) 6) les options de restauration

1) le manque de précisions (ou leur tardiveté) sur les options de stationnement. Il est indiqué sur la page de l'hôtel qu'il n'y a pas de parking, mais le mail de check-in reçu la veille précisait qu'un service de valet pouvait être proposé. Il était de toutes façons trop cher, mais nous aurions aimé avoir l'information plus tôt, pour nous organiser 2) le petit-déjeuner revient un peu cher car la réduction ne s'applique pas dessus

Localise en plein cœur de l’action, plage terrible. Belle deco recherchee. Super service vraiment courtois et accommodant, nous étions arrivés tard en soirée et on nous a gentiment donné un late check out jusqu’à 13:00

Overall for me the hotel price value doesn’t worth it as there’s nothing special on it and a false promotion.

The location is good, the shower is good and the bed is comfortable.

The soundproofing is very poor, I’ve woken up many time during the night with steps noises from upstairs rooms, any sound is easily listened. The hotel restaurant is very high priced and the property offers 20% discount on food and drinks what is not totally true. Only after I finished my breakfast the said it’s only applied for dinner, what’s really unfair because there’s not saying that on the reservation details, only “20% discount on food/drink”. After complaining the front desk told he’d give the discount on the checkout and of course when I reached out for that there was another person there who didn’t give me the discount and had the audacity to say that this is a “booking.com” mistake. It was a disgusting time arguing about it. Overall for me the hotel price value doesn’t worth it as there’s nothing special on it and a false promotion.

unacceptable after 12 hours of travel.

I called twice and told the front desk we would be late around midnite due to delayed flight. When we got there at 11:50 there was no one at the front desk. We had to wait avout 45 min. When the clerk got there he acted like nothing was wrond after I said we had been waiting. Instead he argued with me that how they run the hotel is not me concern. I reminded him that customers pay the bills!!!

We enjoyed part of our honeymoon at this hotel located right on the Ocean Drive. And it has been a wonderful experience. Very nice rooms, stylish, every room have its own theme and have all the amenities you need. Plus you’ll have 2 drink from a selection every day between 4 and 6 pm, and two towels and lounges at the beach. The service provided by the staff, in particular by Wandell, was top notch. He took care of us every day, really kind and professional. We ate at the restaurant (bruschette, cacio & pepe, meatballs) and, as Italians, we were really satisfied!

love the location - stayed there 10 years ago and its kept its cool - check in staff and the staff first thing in the morning were wonderfully friendly which makes the stay really special.

the Pelican hotel staff and accommodations were personable and comfortable for a get away stay on South Beach.

I loved my stay here - first I thought it would be too noisy due to its central location but no issues at all - I rented a larger room without much views but it was great with fantastic access to all the places in the heart of south beach. they allowed me to checkin early which was a big plus compared to other hotels around - I highly recommend Pelican Hotel-

love hotel Pelican as it has real heart and individuality. all the staff, especially evening and early morning, are the most friendly of anywhere I have stayed in years and make you stay feel very special. they and their management should be very proud.

it is not what described in photos. This is bigger scam. When I asked host, they say that they can’t do anything it is what it is. I barely spent first night and then cancelled it after talking to booking customer care for 2 hours. Host haven’t paid me my parking fees back for remaining days($75). Now they don’t even reply. Host has very bad attitude and was not cooperative at all.

Had a fun stay

My friend and I had a great stay at Pelican Hotel. Every room has its own theme and we got a kick out of ours, which was boudoir-themed. There were plenty of food and drink options in the area, we had happy hour drinks every evening at the Pelican bar, and we were provided two beach towels and chairs every day. The staff (including front desk, bartenders, and housekeeping) was friendly and everything looked clean and new!
