DONT EVER GET A ROOM HERE!!!

The management was extremely rude and obnoxious. They must have been having a bad day. The way they treated us was absolutely terrible.

The management was extremely rude and every other word was the f word. I actually had to go to the lobby and call the Meriden Connecticut police department. Even though I just checked in and paid for 2 rooms for a week they treated me terribly!

Misinformation.

Room was clean, fair price.

The website indicated breakfast included. That was not the case The clerk argued with me that it was not up to quality inn to set their standards of whether or not they have breakfast. He indicated that all I wanted was everything for free and that I should go to the Marriott and pay for breakfast. It was kind of rude and insulting. They should make sure the website is correct.

The smell were terrible

Terrible smell in the corredor, I was denied restroom service in the lobby by the front desk telling me that they did not have a bathroom in the lobby, were they did have.

It's an older hotel starting to show its age.

I liked that they had a room available and that it was reasonably clean. I also liked that when I asked the manager to move my room because there were 10 people partying in the room next to ours, he addressed the party. I liked that it had a lobby entrance and not doors to the parking lot.

They advertised breakfast but "unfortunately" they were not serving it. Wallpaper was peeling, and you could tell the mattresses and curtains were very old.

Very disappointed in the room and overall look of the hotel. Needs serious updating!

Looked old and ran down, like one of those motels in those scary movies! It was last minute so we had to make due.

I would not recommend this hotel. Hotel is in definite need of a remodel.

I asked for non smoking, but the rooms that allowed smoking made my non smoking room smell!! My bed was hard with a dip in the middle. Desk chair was broken. Both back & hydraulic switch. Desk was sticky, note pad had grease all over it. Shower refused to get hot, but remained warm and then just shut off by itself. Huge gap under door in which you could put your hand under & through. Toilet seat was wobbly. I could not complain to front desk because front desk was never around.

Won't stay there again.

No breakfast. On the website it said breakfast was included.

No breakfast, no computer, ice machine was broken on our floor and the wallpaper was hanging down in the bathroom. Bathroom had mo ventilation.
