I HAD TO PAY FOR PARKING/////
4.5
The staff was great. Very helpful & professional. We were there for the Buffalo Bills game & they put out a table of cup cakes with the Ravens & Bills on them. The Hotel was mostly filled with the Bills Mafia.
Wasn't anything we didn't like.

Quick walk to the Orioles stadium.
Parking cost was very high.

The location was perfect. Close to Camden Yards, We were there for an Orioles game. The Morton restaurant was an incredible experience. It was our 25th wedding Anniversary.
It's a little expensive, but good for special occasions. Other than that the room was really nice. The view was of Camden yards really nice. I enjoyed our stay.

I love the staff, they was very helpful
I decorated for the prom in my room and I forgot my poles for the balloons and when I went back to get it , the staff didn’t know where it was like one of the staff took my decorations I spend my hard earned money on! I had to buy more because my daughter had another prom that next Friday and my son had a birthday party on the 5

The location was perfect being I was there for an event at the convention center.
Rooms need a mini fridge in them.

Never stay at this place hotel again. Staff are not good
The hotel staff didn’t couldn’t find my booking.com reservation and John the manager promised us that the he found it when we checked out and we would not be charged any additional money. After one week the charged the full amount of the stay and I spent three weeks arguing with various staff members including John and finally I got it resolved. It should not be this hard to book a reservation on Booking.com and still have problems with the reservation. The staff at this Sheraton are incompetent and not friendly. In addition I spent over 1 hr with booking.com rep to try and resolve the issue. I will not ever use booking.com again

Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain.

I had a broken & noisy sink the entire stay that was loud constantly--keeping us up at night. We were promised that it would be fixed and it was not. Then we were promised a refund on one of our two nights to compensate for so many issues by the manager---that would 'come in later' and was never refunded.

I would live in the Sheraton if I could. All services were handled in an efficient and pleasant fashion. The only downer for that location is that Baltimore Inner Harbor and Harbor Place are so economically depressed. The infrastructure of the city is really in bad shape, roads, sidewalks, etc. Many "zebra" crosswalks are almost invisible and very few have crossing signal buttons. Warn visitors about Lexington Market and environs.
You could get a new mayor and city council!

The desk staff was exceptional, no matter what time of day. They always helped with whatever was needed.
Carpet needs to be checked at the end of each stay; white spots were all over the brown carpet.

Location
Staff seemed uninformed and inefficient

Great place to stay for Orioles game plus convenient to get to harbor locations

I was lucky enough to be put in a room with a view - a ninth floor overlook of the harbor and the aquarium, absolutely gorgeous. The staff were approachable and nice, the room was clean. There was also a mini fridge which gets bonus points from me since many hotels decide they don't like having mini fridges anymore.
It was just me on this trip, in the city for a music festival nearby. I didn't need much - just a bed and a tv for when I'm not out and about. For what I needed, it was a great room with a great view
I paid via my credit card when I booked the room via booking.com, but then used my debit card for the security deposit when I checked in. The security deposit ended up being an additional entire cost of the room, which was rescinded after check out. Now, two weeks later, the charge is back and it stuck. Trying to call the hotel but they directed me to some accountant's voicemail. We'll see how it goes.

Good location and friendly staff.
The coffee maker and tv remote were broken. The bed seemed clean, but room was very outdated.

I didn’t have breakfast. The reception named Morgan was very helpful. Good attitude and smiled. Slept very well. Hotel was very quiet.
Put more towels in the bathroom. The bathroom door would not close and lock. Stains on the carpet. Smoke detector appear to be pulled out of ceiling. No explanation given for why we could not have a room with the harbor view.

At the check in, Ms. Crystal welcomed us and she was very nice and helpful.
Very close to the convention center.
Close to the harbor.
At the checkout, staff was not friendly at all.
Except Ms. Crystal, no other staff smiled in our face for 5 nights and 6 days.
The room was dusty. The cleaning lady did the basics.
Staff in the Orioles Grille varied from the grumpy to the passive. On one morning, I had to wait for 45 minutes to get my breakfast order and on the last day, I had plastic in my food (terrible).
Staff in this hotel need lots of training to reach the international expectation form a 4 star hotel.
3.5
HOW VERY RELAXING IT WAS.
