Beautiful and quiet location for a relaxing stay

Spotlessly clean, nicely furnished, very comfortable bed, spacious condo, nicely laid out. Loved how quiet it was all day, just the sound of the birds, wind, waves. Everything in the condo functioned well. Appreciated the security of a gated community and really nice staff.

Not a dislike, per se, but I was hoping for a sunset view from our lanai, but our unit faced north. We walked around the building and enjoyed the sunset on the golf course. We were not informed that mid stay housekeeping would occur (we were told NO housekeeping for the duration of our stay), and while I appreciated the tidying up, I didn't know they would run the dishwasher without checking if it was necessary. We used it as a dish drying rack and had our french press and thermoses that are not dishwasher safe, so they got damaged. However, they communicated promptly and reimbursed us the cost of the damaged equipment.

I don’t recommend this area unless you are there to golf.

very large condo with great lanai, kitchen and laundry

This Waikoloa complex is very remote from beaches/water activities and nothing is walking distance from the units. nearby beach has very limited parking but it’s too far to walk to. Complex is really only good for golfers. No staff in evenings to help with issues. unit carpet was old and stained, master bed very high and not terribly comfortable. Guest room set up with 2 beds but only one views tv. our unit was surrounded by construction in adjacent units. carry out food in area is very limited and no late hours.

Never Get a Chance to Make but One First Impression

Security guard, Keely was extremely helpful and attentive. Room was nice. Chris and staff was helpful at the office on 10/27.

Check in was terrible and unorganized. Property is pitch black at night and staff couldn't tell me where A Bldg was, much less on right or left side of the road. Lock box was mislabeled with #12. When I couldn't find the box numbered 14 as I was told to look for, Irene asked me if I tried the combination on #12. No more than I would try to use room keys in the same manner!

Very good

Great location. Nice facilities. Well maintained interior and exterior property. Nice overall.

Property is very dated. Feels like last remodeled/furnished in 1990’s. Master bedroom bed needs new mattress and headboard is very loose. Showers are dated with poor controls.

Beautiful property with everything that you need

Condo was beautiful and location was perfect

Check in and check out confusing and cumbersome. Never got answers to questions about the property before arrival. The mattress in the unit needs to be replaced

Beautiful location, spacious condos, nice people, but imperfect management structure.

Great Location, nice accommodations. Snorkelling is great there. The grounds are beautiful. Pool, Hot Tub, and Lanai (with barbecues) very nice.

A day before checking in, the management office informed us the room type we booked (5 months in advance) would not be available in a single block. We either had to switch from ocean view to golf-course view, or we could have an ocean view the entire time, but would have to switch units part way through our stay, which was an inconvenience. We checked into the first unit after hours, and the internet didn't work, so I had to spend 30 minutes trouble shooting that. We had a similar problem with the TVs. The second unit had working electronics (yay), but since each unit has it's own furnishing style and kitchen layout, we had to spend time figuring out a whole new place (sometimes the light switches & fan remotes are a bit too sophisticated for their own good....).

Just what we needed for a relaxing getaway.

Beautiful, relaxing accommodations with everything you need to prepare resort-quality meals on your own. Friendly/welcoming and professional cleaning staff. Private and peaceful (except for some fairway maintenance equipment), with walking or short driving access to some beautiful beaches. Area is nearly always sunny.

Bit of a walk to the beach; thought we'd have some view of the ocean but were looking at the fairway. Fairway maintenance equipment was loud on a Monday morning (which for us was a holiday, and last day of our trip).
