We checked out in the middle of the night due to dissatisfaction.

They let us check in early so we could head into Chicago.

Everything else. The hotel and room smelled, the mattress on the pullout sofa bed was dirty and ripped, when we asked for bedding for the pullout sofa, they gave us 2 flat sheets (no blanket, pillow, fitted sheet) and lastly we found a live bug. We left after spending about in hour in the room.

It was a compromised stay specially when you have stayed at the same/ low pricein better facility

Good room for the price.

Near downtown, River Edge Park for concert. Not as clean as I'd have liked, there was still hair on the bathroom floor from a previous guest. Beds were comfortable.

Location

Staffing was very short and rude. My toilet wasn’t working they kept telling me that someone would come and fix it they never did also never offered me a new room both night I stayed in the hotel I had to use the bathroom down the hall because they never fixed the toilet in room 103.

My husband forgot his shirts they only return one they said they only found one when both where on the same hanger

They keep stuff they told me that the found both and when we drove almost 2 hrs to get it back they only return one

Location

Housekeeping didn't speak English and used for communication app but still didn't understand well. Stayed 3 days and didn't come into room to clean. He had head phones and talked on his cell phone. We put trash and dirty linen outside of door for pick up.

staff were great, they tried hard to put a good face on this facility.

transitional people, old facility and room furniture, bad location, it should be condemned.

One of the nights, it was noisy throughout the night until after 3am. But final night was much better as far as the noise issue..

A good, comfortable value with an indoor pool I would stay here again.

I enjoyed swimming in the pool, and the overall value was good. I will stay there again.

Breakfast was frugal, but you don't stay in a Comfort Inn for the food.

The reception gentleman was very friendly. His name is Peter. Greeted with a smile and very helpful.

I think the breakfast could of been better besides sausage and eggs every day. No biggie just a suggestion.

Staff was friendly.

The staff was friendly but incompetent. They tried charging me the incidental fee ($100) twice. Housekeeping argued with me, in my room, that the pullout bed had sheets and a blanket already (it was pulled out and no bedding was there or in the closet/drawers). The pool smelled and obviously had too many chemicals and the door was unlocked, with the lights off, and no staff around after 10:00p when it was supposed to close at 8p. The smoke detector in my room was covered with a plastic bag.
