Their staff somehow messed up my stay date.
I paid IN FULL ahead of time online. Then confirmed it on the phone as I always do for every hotel for my wife and I. I get there and was told that there’s no available rooms for us and our stay is booked for another day!
Not sure how they messed up my reservation but we had to leave and pay for a completely different hotel which cost almost double AND I was never issued a refund!! Neither booking.com or the hotel would work with me in getting my money or a room.
Absolutely ridiculous!!!
The fact that there was no manager available and nothing was done to compensate

It was very welcoming.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We needed a cot, and they pleasantly brought it up to our room. The pool was great for the kids, they had a lot of fun.
4.5
Clean, pool/arcade area was fun for the family, hotel staff was very friendly
The bed was too soft and I had difficulty sleeping
3.5
the pool , really nice pool for the kids to enjoy plus the arcade inside the building
the room was outdated , can do better maintenance especially the bathroom , the room when we check in smells old vintage clothes I have to spray perfume and no microwave in the room , have to go in the lobby to hit up coffee

No breakfast eaten there

location
we only rented for the slide and when we got there the staff member said it was closing because she had been there all day and was tired. Granted she was a kid, my kids were not so happy and we as parents expected more being that we could have rented any old hotel with a pool. That being said if the slide is why you are renting then I would call ahead to check on the status of the help working the slide.

The room was spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the pool and sauna as well; the hotel was quiet, so it was great having them largely to myself.
No complaints.

I liked that we were pretty close to home so we could get out of there quickly without wasting too much of our weekend.
The 'suite' was small, dated, run down, and dirty. One of the pillows on the bed had a pretty big dirt smudge on it. The staff were not friendly or hospitable. They don't have streaming services and the cable stopped working. The price was astronomical in comparison to the quality. I honestly can't believe this place is still in business based on our experience. My husband had conversations with two other guests in the elevator while getting some things from the car during which they expressed their disappointment (unsolicited) between what was promised through the pictures/description and what it was actually like. We ended up leaving early and just losing out on a $400+ night because we just wanted to go home. We will never stay there again. Don't stay here, especially if you have young kids.

The room was large along with the bed which was great
Shame the restaurant was not open in the evening, we didn't then bother using it in the morning

Hotel was clean and close to the waterfront.
I wanted to like this property but rooms were small (I saw more than my own), dimly lit, dated and had little room for 4 people to be together in the room comfortably. The pool was not clean every day. One day it was clean, the water was clear and you could see the bottom of it and the next, the water was cloudy, you couldn't see the bottom of it and there was debris floating around in the water.

Location, Food, Pool
Inattentive lifeguard was habitual texted the whole time never looking up with his phone plugged in wall, all the parents were talking about it in the chairs. Need to disconnect the outlet behind where he sits so he doesn’t text so much
3.5
only one busy elevator. Restaurant not open on evening of our stay. Early check in not even considered.
2.5
the location
The room size was small and smelled as though someone had smoked in it at some time.

Pool. Comfortable rooms
