The location was great
We booked our room way in advance and still got stuck in the basement. There were ants in our room and we stayed for multiple days and the trash was never taken out and the beds were never changed out either.

Location is excellent. Staff were pleasant.
No food available for any meal. WiFi was problematic. Room cleaning was sporadic. Hotel is dated. Room is dark and dated. Grounds around swimming pool were dirty due to building works - we were not told in advance that building was taking place in hotel.

Convenient to dining and shops
There were issues with the heating/cooling of the room. It wasn’t the cleanest hotel. We say see because of a family member staying at Beth Israel Hospital. When we were checking out we were told of a 20% discount we could have received but didn’t.

The beds were very comfortable as well a a nice couch in the room. The location was very central to all of our needs.
The popcorn ceiling was peeling in our room, however they still are in the middle of renovations and it met our needs on short notice for a family funeral. We would stay there again when the renovations are complete.

Friendly staff. Pretty clean. Comfortable bed.
Getting into the parking lot and finding the entrance was a bit difficult. We asked for late check out after not arriving until almost 9pm and were told we need to ask in the morning, we asked in the morning and we’re told we could have until 12 so an additional hour. We were grateful for the hour but would’ve preferred until 1 or 2 especially since we got there so late.

The staff was amazing! We loved the location.
The pillows were the size of throw pillows, things seemed old and need to be updated. The water wasn’t very hot.

Great location, comfortable bed, pods for Keurig, desk reception were very nice.
Could here guests through walls, tub was dirty and from drain back about a half a foot felt like the floor is rotting because there's an incline which if you're washing your hair, you need to hang on to safety bar or you would fall backwards, Keurig was real dusty.

Location
We were the farthest room from the lobby. The jalapeño poppers we ordered came out cold and the bartender David took the plate back to reheat and left the one we tasted on a napkin on the bar and when he brought the plate back to us he then picked up the half eaten one and went and reheated that one and brought it back to us on the napkin, half eaten but on plus side at least it was hot now. We didn't touch even one at that point. We were horrified and shocked that someone would do that. Never in my 30 years in the food industry have I ever seen such a thing, and my husband, 35 years in food/beverage and hospitality, was speechless. We then went elsewhere. Shortly after we got to our room around 1030ish a fire alarm, we were then displaced out into the cold for an hour and a half, not even offered a blanket. Although, after about 30 minutes, they did let us go back in to go to our rooms to get our coats so that we could go back outside for another hour. I thought there was a fire?? We were ready to leave, I said I wanted my money back, and I was told to "talk to a manager. I'm busy!" WE finally got back in, and one thing they were going to do to compensate us was free breakfast. Notifying us by text around 1am. Only we didn't get the text because my phone had died, and we went straight to sleep and didn't get the text until it was too late, so there was no satisfaction or enjoyment there.

There's nothing about the trip that we didn't like

While I was there for only one night and checked in late, the person at the desk was less than welcoming. Granted there were many young people milling around, but the attitude was off putting.
The carpeting was damp and seemed dirty.
