Very charming hotel with an awesome lounge area perfect to read a book or watch the fireplace. The cafe bustelo K cups was a perfect way to start my day with my fresh Vermont yogurt purchased across the road at the farm stand!
I wish they would have provided a body soap in the shower.

Location right next to Manchester shopping and we had stayed before with the previous owners
The bathroom drain was clogged water would drain so it had a foul smell but I’m sure they may not be aware

Vintage decorations was so nice. Pool and grounds beautiful. Loved the 24 hour coffee bar and lounge to relax or play games.

Rooms were very spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. Facilities were great and grounds very beautiful (flowers, brook, etc.). My only wish was that it had breakfast in the mornings but other than that it was exceptional.
Wish that it had breakfast onsite.

Cozy room, but not small. Just enough amenities to accommodate a stopover. Jacuzzi and reading room were nice.
No easy access to the yard behind property where a gentle creek rolls by.

better locks on the doors

The location was quiet and located on a pretty creek but just 5 minutes from downtown Manchester.

Mike and Virginia were so friendly and hospitable! The inn itself is conveniently located for skiing, shopping, and dining. The coffee bar and jacuzzi were the icing on top! We already booked to come back.

Mike at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is a bit dated but in a fun way. Very clean large rooms. Rooms are very large
The price was a bit high in my opinion. Since the hotel is dated and did not include breakfast I think over $200.00 per night is expensive. A little updating will help.

The manager was really nice and helpful. They had a nice pool, room was large and clean( very outdated). Hot tub.
No housekeeping at all. No breakfast included. Building and rooms need TLC. No bathroom outside room.

The rooms are spacious and the decor matches the mid-60's architecture.
A breakfast option woud be welcome, although there are excellent alternatives in Manchester, a few minutes away.

It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The property is lovely.
I really would have loved an in room coffee maker.

While this is an older property, i found it very comfortable . The room was spacious with a refrigerator. Accommodating friendly staff. Very peaceful. Beautiful backyard, with lovely brook and sitting area. Bed was comfortable, but mattress may be too firm for some. Good diner right across the street, & many other good food options nearby. Nice, clean pool.
I needed to be sure to pull the door closed firmly when leaving to be sure it locked properly.

Loved the pool, large size. My son loved the inflatables and commented to me that most hotel pools don't have those.
Loved the hot tub as well. Easy checkout. Owner very friendly and welcoming
Need better and more pillows. Very outdated rooms but clean.

Quaint, comfortable, retro were the 3 main aspects that made this place exceptional. And Manchester is a terrific town. Also, and a big plus was the property itself, next to a stream and peaceful surroundings. Added bonus - the price was exceptionally affordable. Would make this a regular stop if only I could return some day.

We loved the ambiance of the entire place. It’s so relaxing and cozy. It was the perfect weekend getaway. The view from our room was spectacular. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub at night after a nice walk by the stream. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful as well. Would recommend checking them out!
